Have a rank system where certain members can post all they want without the two minute wait(maybe certain time being a member they get promoted), i like to come and lurk and respond to multiple topics but don't have the time to wait two minutes for each post.

@raypneat I disabled the reputation system so I'm not sure why that warning keeps coming up. The post time limit should be 10 seconds.

still getting the message, had to wait 120 seconds before sending this one
