Does anyone know where I could get this? I live in Australia and it doesn't seem to be easily accessed.

I have a major glutamate anxiety issue and want to try this to see if it helps...

Just a thought if glutamate is at the core of your issues you may need to stabilize the excitory signallings by ramping up intracellular glutathione. E.g. with the help of NAC, plus complementary SFN and low dose B2, B3.
IMO tianeptine is another crutch and good for the first couple of weeks, then quickly diminishing and messy wrt to benefits.

I could try NAC again. I have it in my supplement graveyard.
Currently my glutamate issue has been made worse by progest e and p5p (10mg) which doesn’t make sense to me as they should help but the insomnia is the worst it’s been in years. I am almosy scared of all supplements currently. B3 really sets me off shaking at 50mg (niacinamide) but I could try low dose b2 again.

Wonder if Amantadine or memantadine would be worth a try or even micro dosing ketamine to try stop whatever is currently going on?

Have you experimented with varying amounts of salt LucyJ? Not in one go, spread it out. Its effect can be very similar to what I've seen from people describing their use of lithium. It may be that simple.

CC's drug advisory is very sound.

@ThinPicking no I haven't. I salt food to taste but don't eat enough calories so probably worth trying more. I will give it a shit thank you
