Struggling to get full pec definition

Doing heavy duty / Mike Mentzer routine lately, definitely have gotten stronger and more filled out but not as defined yet. Pecs still do not look full, maybe more full toward the bottom.
Daily push ups? Any suggestions to get more defined pecs would be great

@raytreats Might just need to be lower body fat, or have more development to seem more “defined”
Low volume high intensity high frequency has helped me a lot. Upper lower split 4x a week.
Also using the “stack” when working chest and back immediately made a huge difference in muscle activation. I try to avoid hyper extending the thoracic spine like I used to. That’s why Mike israetel has over developed mid erectors and flat pecs. He arches his back and compresses his ribcage with most of his exercises

@raytreats also low to high flies work the upper chest awesomely. A movement I never utilized till recently and it’s building a part of my chest never worked before, that meat right under the clavicle

@BroJonas @raytreats yup this guy is great. keeping a stack and doing incline presses and chest dips is the way to get big pecks fs.
