@Samyo do you have access to t3 and progest-e?
More importantly, in this 5g world, when/how are you sleeping?
-
@LetTheRedeemed I did in the past but feel nothing from them
-
@Samyo How is your liver?
-
@heyman according the ultrascan and blood results.. all fine..
-
@Samyo did this all begin after wuflu?
-
@sunsunsun some it and some of it no
also unvaxed
-
@Samyo long term use? I have to push back and say a whole bottle will make you feel something, conversely it can take a year plus of optimal dosage of t3 before there is improvement.
With the symptoms as you're describing, it's impossible for the liver to be in good condition.
You can also work up to high dose aspirin for prolonged periods (with necessary cofactors glycine and especially k4)

Whats is hurting my liver in the peat recommended foods? I have no idea
-
@Samyo i don’t know, but it could be environment (lack of sleep, lack of sunshine, high emf exposure, etc). It could be overconsumption of fat. T3 and progest-e are the best liver healers.
-
How about trying an elimination diet? for example at first just fresh squeezed orange juice and cheddar cheese, then gradually adding other foods every few days.
-
I need a way to induce diarrhea clear my gut out
Anyone know what i can do besides high dose magnesium/baking soda/ salt ?
-
Good angles in here. Ignore this one if it's confusing.

Stable/good times in there somewhere?
@Samyo said in Suffering, getting worse:
some it and some of it no
Can you be more specific?

There's an inner one too.

work for Charlie of the Ray Peat Forum dot com?:
TCM has interesting things to say about the relationship between our organs.
Samyo, maybe you should deactivate the twitter account you've been reposting material from and stop worrying about someone elses idea of tomorrow. They probably need you to write it anyway.
This isn't that woo really. You need to be present in the present to self percieve and act appropriately.

Forget thyroid. You need to focus strictly on gut health. Microbiome stool test, parasites tests. Taking thyroid and pro hormones rarely healed anyone with several intestinal dysbiosis.
-
@GreekDemiGod How would you solve it? Cascara? Doxy? Charcoal?
-
@GreekDemiGod what else is there outside of magnesium, cascara, ox bile, activated charcoal, milk of magnesia, B1, HCL, carrot salad, mushrooms, bamboo shoots?
-
@Samyo antibiotics

I had very terrible digestive problems come and go that nothing has fixed but resolving inner turmoil over regret and self hatred.
I think some research has shown that there is no cure for ulcers when there is emotional stress.
-
@GreekDemiGod i’ve found it to be a synergistic problem where often carrot isnt good enough alone, or healing liver isnt good enough alone, etc. what im saying is that you want thyroid-induced gut motility while also using intestinal cleaners.
-
@Samyo @LetTheRedeemed i second the antibiotic/s
Erythromycin or a tetracycline if possible
