@sunsunsun make sure to rush home to take aspirin and coconut oil afer

@lykos there's apparently like 0.5g of pufa in a normal McDonald's hamburger bun from the vegetable oil, the McDouble has like 45g of fat from beef, it's probably not necessary to take coconut oil with that much beef fat in ratio to 0.5g pufa.
also sorry for talking about Mcdonalds to you since you are Russian, you only have knockoff McDonalds but I guess its probably the same thing now. day 348934503 of the 3 day special military operation continues.

Those in particular, maybe you should. What's a male appearance obsession and a particular eye for Dolph Lundgren.
-
@sunsunsun I am being sarcastic, that's something danny roady would do. 1000000 more days until putler operation finalizes.
-
@ThinPicking No obsession, he is just one of the many examples of healthy manly face.
-
@lykos he apparently had cancer so it basically disproves your point
I actually thought the other day that some guys I look at with super wide and big jaws sometimes dont actually look healthy, they look more stress metabolism than healthy to me
-
@sunsunsun he claimed the cancer was caused by the steroids. They definitely are healthier than any tiny skulls, first indication of health of warrior skull is larger airway better breathing and secondly it's proof of adequate nutrition. That's why they are considered attractive your brain knows subconsciously. If ray peat looked like Dolph Lundgren he would have millions of funs worlwide, physiognomy would be proof of his superior diet.

Dolph Lundgren
That's interesting,
Actor Dolph Lundgren battled renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer) after his initial 2015 diagnosis, which returned aggressively in 2020 with tumors in his liver and other areas, leading to a grim prognosis, but he ultimately found success with a new treatment after getting a second opinion, and by late 2024 announced he was finally cancer-free, learning valuable lessons about living in the moment.... treatments over nearly nine years, including surgery, regular monitoring, and targeted therapy. His journey began in 2015 when doctors discovered a tumor in his kidney, leading to surgery to remove the tumor.
Dolph Lundgren has stated that his past decade-long use of anabolic steroids may have contributed to his battle with kidney cancer (renal cell carcinoma).

@Gardner I already mentioned that

Healthy people have no reason to obsess over health.
-
The healthiest among us don’t always make careers out of talking about it.
