@Gardner he said many times what he has eaten , steak with jam, oatmeal, bacon fried in pan with coconut oil, chicken livers, orange Julius (he recommended this to me so I assume he drink/ate it) , ice cream. etc .

They are neurotic slaves to their messsiah peat. Whats funny in his last years peat did 180 on all his diet recommendations he pushed and thats why is a meme diet
