A great distillation! I especially like the weight-loss advice of a mild deficit combined with a roaring metabolic fire created by lots of carbs/glucose, and cutting out most dietary fat.

I'm sorry but the website you created is AI slop.

There are section titles on it that have nothing to do with the content that is actually contained in them as well as tables that exist without any references that define where the information comes from.

For example, the table on the page about DNP accumulation: where is the scientific reference that allowed you to build that table? Do you expect us to simply trust it?

            https://dinkov-distilled.vercel.app/7d35b1da-57db-11f0-bef1-11c2aded3be7

Why does the section titled "Fat Loss Agents (and their considerable downsides): DNP, GLP-1 Agonists" contain exactly zero information about GLP-1 agonists?

Why does the section titled: "Meldonium, EPO, and Advanced Performance Protocols" link to a page that is titled "Hormonal Intervention Strategies" that has exactly zero information about meldonium or EPO and mentions (only extremely briefly and vacuously) the three "youth associated hormones" - p4, p5, and DHEA and not a word about EPO or meldonium.

            https://dinkov-distilled.vercel.app/4cfd75bc-5307-11f0-8501-fb369bf0f4ea

Anyone with half a brain will be able to click through the AI trash you made and realize it is slop - low effort, effectively zero insight, high-token slop.

We don't need more slop we need more genuine work and insight. You choose the future you want to create and I will call out bullshit when I see it and this surely reeks of it.

@jamezb46 your such a dick, he literally is writing notes of the various podcasts he listens to, summaries them and orders them on this website. He also likely summarises his own research. It’s not AI slop, he may use AI to rephrase the notes, but certainly, he manually listened to Brad and Georgi and studied what they were saying πŸ–•πŸ–•πŸ–•πŸ–•πŸ–•

@jamezb46 gosh, a Ray peat podcaster was focused on hormones not off label drugs ??? AI SLOP.

Brother, AI would be mentioning meldonium and EPO, not adrenal steroids for performance, you litterally are contradicting yourself

@jamezb46 I actually can’t believe Jamez b complained that GLP 1s were not mentioned on a website dedicated to Georgi Dinkov’s work…I’m seriously concerned for you.

                    @jamezb46

The links for Fat Loss Agents (and their considerable downsides): DNP, GLP-1 Agonists and Meldonium, EPO, and Advanced Performance Protocols were pointing to the wrong place. I've fixed them.

Fat Loss Agents (and their considerable downsides): DNP, GLP-1 Agonists -> https://dinkov-distilled.vercel.app/7d35b1da-57db-11f0-bef1-11c2aded3be7

Meldonium, EPO, and Advanced Performance Protocols -> https://dinkov-distilled.vercel.app/4cfd75bc-5307-11f0-8501-fb369bf0f4ea

Please let me know if you find anymore and I'll fix those too.

I took 5 years of notes and used AI to put the unsorted notes into topics. There are 87 topics to go through and I haven't proof read the whole thing yet so there are bound to be some mistakes. If you found some errors your welcome to go in and make a pull request to update them or send me exactly what I should change and I'll go in and do it. My goal was to take all the nuggets Georgi and Brad have given out over the years and put it in one place.

@haidut It would mean the world to me if you'd have a look at this. Any feedback good/bad is appreciated.
