Of course you might be correct. However, I think the CIA declined to accept him. But I did catch that line from Putin and I did research it a little on line.
The recent shorts Tucker filmed in Russia are eye opening; I liked the subway station tour the best I think. Fabulous mosaics on the walls, with immaculate chandeliers hanging above. The grocery store tour was pretty good too.
I suspect the timing on this might be part of a grand orchestration. We'll see.

@mostlylurking Well, there's very few CIA guys that are like 'Look at me I'm CIA'. He spreads a very clear and disarming narrative, and is a deeply untrustworthy figure.
I've lived in Moscow. It is indeed incredible what the Soviet Union built! Shameful that the Vlasovite plunderers now pretend it's their achievement.

Tucker said that the subway station was built in Stalin's time. I marveled at the cleanliness and quiet order.

But I did catch that line from Putin and I did research it a little on line.Pootin was trolling him and his adoring followers almost constantly, but that moment was spectacular. Seems more than likely Tucker's a farm boy. Just one stupid enough to think he's aligned with institutions or factions that themselves are aligned with "American interests". A useful (flamboyant and cringe) idiot if you will.

@mostlylurking The USSR under Stalin was the absolute zenith of organised humanity!

We'll find out who he is actually aligned with pretty soon. It's an election year after all. I prefer to imagine that he is aligned with the good guys because that gives me some hope.
This article is worth the time to read. There's a newer video included of Tucker speaking at the World Government Summit about the "why" of his interview of Putin.

@CO3 Tucker showed that the brilliance of the past has been kept/restored in Russia, unlike here in the U.S. where the lunatics are busy tearing down statues and older historical architecture and covering every surface with graffiti and more powerful lunatics are replacing Americans and the American culture with barbarians who come because they are invited in and welcomed with free stuff at the open border. The intention is to destroy this country and they're doing a bang up job of it. Our tax dollars at work.

@mostlylurking I don't agree, I think since '56 they have done everything they can to slander this period in history, and since Putin (the plunderer of the USSR) they have put this into second gear, in favor of celebrating their czarist past.
If they could they would never give nods to the greatness of the USSR (which was still miles ahead of the west even after the anti-stalin opportunists took over), but since there's quite a few people that still remember it - and their entire infrastructure was built in this period - they can't yet go to those lengths of revisionism.

It really doesn't matter if you agree or not, suit yourself. Honestly, it is fine if you disagree with me. But did you take the time to read the article written by Tom Luongo and posted on ZeroHedge?
What Everyone Is Missing About The Putin/Carlson Talk
"How many Americans learned that Putin asked Bill Clinton for Russia to become part of NATO, thus ending NATO’s raison d’etre?
"Or that Bush the Lesser unilaterally abrogated the ABM Treaty?
"Or that the Minsk Agreements were our last hope for a settlement of the differences between the Donbass and Kiev, and that Putin was the one pushing to make them work?
"There are at least a half-dozen other things people learned in this interview, if they had ears to listen, I’m looking at you Scott Adams.
"And given that this conflict is hurtling towards a war that only very select gatekeepers and power-brokers want, that should have been enough to sharpen everyone’s focus to give Putin an honest hearing.
"Now, that said, Putin did present his version of history, of the truth. Shouldn’t we expect that?
"But, as I’ve painstakingly laid out here, much like Putin himself, focusing on that is focusing on the wrong thing. It’s the wrong framework to view this interview given the current stakes of this conflict.
"And this is what everyone missed about this interview. It literally does not matter one whit whose is right and who is wrong here. Putin’s version of history isn’t what’s at stake here.
"It doesn’t matter whether Putin violated international law by crossing the post-USSR border. As Putin pointed out, NATO violated Serbia’s borders by bombing Belgrade for six months in 1999. So, borders only matter when it behooves certain actors?
"It doesn’t matter if Putin is overstating the level of ‘Nazification’ of Ukraine to justify defending the Donbass, whether he jails journalists, cracks down on free speech, or rules Russia with a thinly-veiled form of democracy.
"It doesn’t matter if you believe he pulled off a coup in Crimea in 2014, poisoned Sergei and Yulia Skripal, Alexi Navalny is a freedom-fighter or he helped get Donald Trump elected (and I’m looking at YOU Hillary Clinton!).
"What does matter is that is how Putin views this conflict. And we have to deal with it. Period.
"What also matters is that those who stand behind Putin are even less patient and circumspect than he is.
"In order to avoid that bigger war only the oligarch class wants, we, as people, have to accept some responsibility for it getting to this point. Without that there can be no basis for a negotiated settlement.
"This conflict between the West, and this includes all of Europe, the UK as well as the US, and Russia is one with existential consequences.
"What Putin said, quite clearly, is that this ball is in our court. We can either sit down and have an honest discussion of a negotiated future or we will be at war. If that is what we in the West want, it is what we will get. Putin has put his sons on the line in eastern Ukraine. Are we?
You can dig in on being right or we can have peace. But, we cannot have both."

@mostlylurking The War in the Ukraine is quite clearly part of a plan to bring arms into Europe and further plunder the former USSR. Putin is as much a part of this plan by the ruling class as, let's say, Biden.

I think that the extremism you describe is based in low energy. I mean on the molecular level. It takes a whole lot more energy to keep an open questioning mind than it does to grasp onto someone else's dogma and hold on tight so you don't fly off into the abyss.
Americans in general have been poisoned and brain washed. When they/we snap out of it, there's going to be some interesting times.
I agree entirely, and this is exactly how I regard Esoteric Peatarianism/Peatism. It is an application of energetic states - not hyperactive/restless, which indicate the opposite - to philosophical dialectic and how that affects downstream consideration of social, political and so forth questions. There are two ways of approach: by metaphysics as conceived similarly (even identically, in many cases) in the symbolism of traditions all over the world, and all applications that derive from it; and, by scientific inquiry, especially as regards the human state that we occupy, and this is but an extension of the former.

@peatyourmeat Here's today's pearl of wisdom from Charlie;
This is a public service announcement. If you plan on starting Niacin and are still eating a toxic Ray Peat diet and living a toxic lifestyle, you are going to have a bad time. You have to stop the "in-toxing" before you start on Niacin. Niacin is such a powerful detox tool as it opens up over 500 detox pathways. If you are still poisoning yourself with the Ray Peat toxic diet and his pharmaceutical suggestions, that's a bad idea. Do not start taking Niacin and get into a crazy heavy detox because you did not heed this warning and blame the Niacin. -
@Not_James_Bond Also from Charlie;
Niacin is life, so it supports every single detox pathway in the body. It is estimated that there are over 500 detox pathways in the body although an exact number is not known. From my personal experience when taking Niacin the toxins are literally oozing out of every pore and bodily fluid I have.Niacin is life, plain and simple. It is truly a remarkable substance that needs to be respected.
I have a family member who is super toxic, she wont change her diet and wont clean up her life. However, she wants to take a pill. We all have those family members. Well, here she goes, on the Niacin, and low and behold she is just having an awful time with it. Well DUH!!!! Stop poisoning yourself sis so the Niacin can do its job easier.

Charlie:
A lot of the food recommendations are toxic no matter how you cut it. Dairy is an absolute liver destroyer. And liver is probably one of the most toxic foods on the planet. We need to stop the poisoning of our people so we can all get better as a society. This is exactly what Ray Peat had hoped for. -

Ukraine is (was?) the power elite's piggy bank. It is (was?) a massive money laundering operation. The money goes to Ukraine, then gets sent to the coffers of corrupt U.S. politicians. Ukraine also happens to be the location of many bioweapons labs (think Hunter Biden's business dealings, i.e. Rosemont Seneca). The weapons that were sent to Ukraine are showing up in places like Israel and middle eastern countries. They get sold off for $$$ via the black market. So yeah, I guess those weapons could be winding their way into Europe (and into who knows hands). And I guess that there are some lunatics (Larry Fink of Black Rock comes to mind) with visions of sugar plums who would love to rape Russia after he rapes Ukraine. But I think that a lot of this fiasco was caused by a select few maniacal nutcases like Victoria Nuland and her cohorts in crime (think the Maidan "Revolution", in 2014, under the leadership of Obama and Hillary Clinton) who are (apparently) still running the show and are ensconced at the United States' State Department.
In the meantime, our Resident in the White House is non compos mentis. So yeah, things are a disaster all the way around and the U.S. is circling the drain.
But I think you may be mistaken about the part Putin is playing in this epic historical event.
-
@mostlylurking My proof: the fact that he is the plunderer of the USSR and the simple principle that most things happen according to the wants of the ruling class. (just look at the 'pandemic' to see that there is no such thing as a China-Russia axis)
your proof: soccer ball

Uh.... Are you saying that YOUR sister did this because of what Charlie said, or is this Charlie's sister? I'll assume it's Charlie's poor sister
Assuming the sister is full of a lifetime of toxins and then she takes something (Let's give her Niacin! Niacin fixes EVERYTHING) and it actually releases all those toxins into circulation so her body gets to experience the poisoning all at once actively circulating. What does Charlie think is going to be the reaction to this massive exposure to a lifetime of toxins stored away in fat cells etc?
I suspect there will be "natural" attrition thinning the herd of followers dumb enough to follow Charlie. It may take a little time....
