@brad isn’t it saying low vitamin A causes schizophrenia? It must mean the level of vitamin A depletion needed to achieve perfect health is almost unattainable? At least that’s how it seems to me and I’m feeling very discouraged now.

I knew 2 people (very close) who went vegan and experienced the worst times of their lives.
