I agree that Low VA is not the only true path, but to completely dismiss that there are use cases where a low VA diet is beneficial (Accutane sufferers and people who supplemented high dose synthetic VA) seems closed-minded too.Hi, one of the factors is that many people have used this post regularly to detail their struggles for weeks/months/potentially years even when some of those comments weren't even related to "VA", rather than on a dedicated personal post like yours, many of those people who eventually said it didn't help and/or they stopped because they had negative symptoms

For years, even before Charlie started his muscle meat and rice diet, and propaganda, many people have suggested that too much of certain fruits and colored vegetables, and too much eggs and/or beef liver can contribute to symptoms, even on your personal post
"Low VA" claims such as Garett's claims and those of the people who believe in it, such as Charlie's , are partly fear driven, negative emotions driven, they lack intelligence and discernment, are often contradictory, sometimes intentional lies
None of the people who claim to eat a rice and muscle meat diet that I've seen seem to tend to optimal health, and many of them are still sick(some mentally) even years after starting this diet, even taking a boatload of supplements

I will jump in here to say in the past he has changed titles and thread content.
I had addressed this further down in the post of the Danny against Mercola crusade thread
This was from almost a month ago, and as I look back

I didn't notice anything else for the title changes

Did Charlie just run out of money? I see many theories of secret service ops and such, but all that has transpired seems perfectly consistent with a simple cash grab.
What would you do if you did not care about Ray Peat at all, yet were in control of a RP-related discussion forum and needed some money quickly, because, for example, you lost a large amount of it gambling on cryptocurrency?
What I would do is paywall the site for new users to extract money from desperate sick people who don't even know what PUFA is. I might also start selling some standard high-margin health quackery, like, say, magic stickers protecting from scary 5G radiation. If that failed to generate significant revenue, I might just offer some alt-health influencer an effective sale of access to a health-conscious community. Seems familiar?

I was never satisfied. Also, the few hardcore proponents really do squawk the loudest, and honestly keep such related threads exited with their dogmatic over-replies to anyone who disagrees. Also, Garrett supposedly has a large following, so if they just stop by, view count goes up...
