Bought a "Wilfa Vanilje" yesterday for about 100$ on facebook market place and I can not recommend this enough. Tons of recipes online and the quality of the ice cream is top tier. I can get 3 pints of ice cream for the price of 1 with similar ingredients and taste as a Haagen Dazs. Super easy to use/clean etc.

Turns out the one I got was from some kid participating in "master chef junior" and got it as a participation gift. They'll be flooding the markets soon enough.

I also have an ice cream maker with a compressor and it's a total game changer. My favorite recipe so far is coffee ice cream, either by adding brewed coffee or instant to the mixture. Sometimes I add in chocolate chips if I have them.

@CO3 Yeah, it's nice being able to make really high quality ice cream in under an hour and trying different recipes is fun. Quickly leads you to having a few gallons in your fridge at any time.

@CO3 second hand is the way to go. Mine was never used, fresh out of the box. Usually pop up 1 every other day on marketplace where I live. Huge recommend.
