@Luke Have you tried T4 therapy only?
It sounds paradoxical, but sometimes some people have good conversion to T3 (fine deiodinase), but they don't produce enough T4 as substrate. Taking T3 only disrupts feedback loops, derails deiodinases, and exacerbates the issue...BTW, on T3 I had symptoms similar to those of @heyman
Some bunch of people on Reddit also experienced the same.I'm one of those who can only tolerate less than 0.5 mcg of T3 at once, and do better on T4 alone... with some sporadic extra microdosing* of T3... if needed.
My working theory: I guess that because I started with a pure dietary RP approach only, I probably over-optimized my T4->T3 conversion already, before I even started supplementing thyroid, to raise my temps above 36.5
[*] I dissolve my T3 medication in olive oil, to microdose it...
BTW, there is also some kind of an alternative explanation by Peatbot...

@heyman I take tyromax (ndt) in the evening which has t4 in it.
I feel a bit better now after some time taking t3 during the day but still not quite right.

Maybe that is true, I feel more calm. Everything is a bit slower. Slow motion.

@heyman Cytomed is legit, I just tried and it increased my temps noticeably. But it depends a lot on your current hormonal profile. I was currently accumulating a lot or rT3, so when that happens, small doses of T3 work wonders for a while.

Yes I have used both the t3 and t4 with success. Works even better than tyromax and you dont have to mimic an epileptic seizure every time you want to use it.
