      Placebo is not real.

      Mewing is just default tongue posture when you don't mouth-breath and have normal bone structure.

      Less PUFA makes your skin thicker, more youthful. See the !Kung San faces, who consumes a lot of omega-6 (incredibly riddled from a young age).

      Upregulating thyroid and constant adequate carbs fix stress state and chronic inflammation ; the infmaous "dark circles" under the eyes seem to be a marker of this. Most vegans have horrible dark circles; mines are gone after a few months of peating.

      Less gut inflammation means less skin problems.

      Also less lean mass depletion from increased carbs consumption, you should look more muscular with the same amount of efforts.

      So I believe we can say that real peatingβ„’ makes you more handsome.

          @Appa you are quite right. I fucking deserve to be the gigachad I am becoming. This summer will be a massive win for me and my superior health.

          Put yourself on fire for peak energy metabolism.

          Ignore, judge, overcommit.

            But vegans still generally consume a high-carb diet, which should be good for thyroid function.

              @GreekDemiGod

              Plants poison the thyroid, every single plant on this earth or close to it poisons the body system. Each one does it in a unique way

              Plant chemicals are also estrogenic or dht blockers

              Have you ever had high quality fresh lamb meat or liver? The whole meat of the animal and organs smell of grass and what it’s been eating, and i’m a farmers son so I know if you feed a cow say onions the meat smells of onions. If it does that to a cow or sheep which is meant to eat plants just imagine what happens to a human overloaded with synthetic toxins and now has plant chemicals surging through their blood from eating leaves and all sorts of crap...

                @GreekDemiGod They don't eat enough calories, not enough proteins, have a high fiber content which triggers gut inflammation and lack essential vitamins and minerals. Hence they get skinny fat and basically depressed because of low-energy and endotoxins.

                        a proof at least part is placebo is effect of metabolism on your perceived height.

                        different neurochemistry makes it some days seem like people 5 inches taller than me are on eye level, other days people 1 shorter than me are taller than me

                          @peatyourmeat That's not what the placebo effect means bro but yeah I know what you mean. My brother (who is a SHORT kingπŸ‘‘πŸ€΄) sometimes used to look taller than me to other folks. Totally irrational but I'll always support himπŸ‘‘πŸ–•
