      @haidut Many thanks for all the good info you share with us. One thing that is particularly helpful with these (beneficial) drug studies is how, in the case of expensive and/or prescription drugs, you provide other easily available options. No one else in the health and wellness blogosphere provides this valuable information. I also love that you explain what the studies mean which saves me a lot of time. Hope you're able to keep providing such a valuable service, as well as supplements which are of the highest quality available anywhere.

        @haidut I second S. Holmes sentiments.
        Since all such diseases are metabolic in origin, then widespread "MP101" use is likely to increase the population's intelligence.
        They aren't scared of an intelligent populace??

          lost 20 pounds this month running a relatively low dose of DNP and just walking as often as possible in the woods near my house. diet is like 500carbs 200p 130f. supplementing with k2 d3 and progesterone. never felt too hot or out of breath. a fan is helpful for sleeping though. ray peat said cataracts (which to my knowledge is a relatively rare side effect in men) can be alleviated by increasing vitamin C intake. also peripheral neuropathy is a side but ive never gotten it, other than that theres basically no actual side effects other than heat. its fucking awesome.

            Do you have a reference for this? Thanks

            A successful depopulation agenda requires high excess death rates, lower birth rates and for the majority to vilify those that question it.

                            @Regina Taking Vitamin E is also super important during DNP usage. To protect from the added FFA

                              In the bodybuiling comunity its well known to be really damaging to metabolism. It can make you skinny fat really easy, hunge weight loss but also huge loss of tissue.

                              But i wonder if its because its used in high dose. Saw some post few years back about microdosing it, and how it could help brain health

                                  If anyone says this they have no idea what they're talking about and clearly never bothered to read any of the early or even recent literature and studies on DNP, Tainter's most notably, almost all of which is available on pubmed. They all think themselves clever and somehow contributing to the discourse by repeating the meme that it's a pesticide and "burns you from the inside out."

                                  In the therapeutic and even higher dosages it has shown to be remarkably if not almost completely muscle sparing. Far more so than even thyroid hormone. It is a fat-burning drug.

                                  There are plenty of reasons to avoid DNP but "damaging to metabolism" is not one of them.
