Where are people getting 96% ethanol? Is this another thing that's impossible to get in the US because it has stupid laws?
Also, is there a concern about soap residue on the skin being absorbed by DMSO application?

@thyroidchor27 Ray say the average healthy male produces around 7mgs a day of testosterone. To be safe, 7mgs shouldn't shut down the gonadal axis.

I finally got around to trying T in DMSO. Maybe 100 mg T per 1 ml DMSO was too concentrated because there were some crystals left over after application. No white residue or powder, but definitely some kind of tiny glitter on my skin that was only visible in bright light.
I tried 25mg, 100mg and 200mg applications and felt absolutely nothing different. Absolutely nothing. Like as if I smeared water on my skin (other than the DMSO burn).
This is about what I expected though. Some would be tempted to say that my powder is bunk, and maybe it is. But it confirms my suspicion that those who "feel" something from these hormones are either working with placebo, or have low testosterone to begin with. Mood, energy, strength -- nothing. Probably once you're in the high-normal range for T, blasting into the stratosphere doesn't do much more for you.
I think I will run this bottle out with 5-15mg applications once or twice a day just to help keep T in the upper range.
DMSO is awful to work with. Completely impractical for a regular basis. I'll try the (95%) ethanol formulas next.
It would be good if there was a way to pre-treat the skin with some kind of 5-ar inhibitor like topical finasteride to prevent DHT conversion. But then DMSO would bring that in and make it systemic, which you wouldn't want.
Overall I would say that I'm completely unimpressed. But microdosing T with a non-DMSO formula over the long haul might be helpful for gym purposes at least.

There is nothing placebo about the testosterone base surge you feel in DMSO, especially when you use 100mg or more at a time.Those who have tried it know.

I guess I will send it off to Janoshik since it's probably important to know what I'm taking into my body with DMSO.
I found it strange that PPL had a message on their website saying not to test with Janoshik and anyone who posted results from them on a forum would be banned from buying again.
Guess I'll look elsewhere for raws.

Qingdao Sigma Chemical Co seems to get good reviews on other forums. I’m going to try an order of base with them soon. Same formula with DMSO. First time I’ve used any exogenous test. We’ll see how it goes.

Let us know your experience. I'm getting cold feet on the legal aspect of some of this stuff (paranoia) but would love to continue experimenting nevertheless since I find all of this so interesting.

@Crypt-Keeper I've ordered dht base from QSC and had it tested at Janoshik, came back with 98%+ purity. Imo they are legit and they have better prices that PPL anyways.

Nothing strange about this, they just don't want you to claim a refund based on a testing piece of paper that could have been after you sending anything to Jano.
How can you prove to PPL you actually sent testosterone for testing and not sugar ? -

"Slightly different characteristics" in that the DHT that PPL sent me is a lot more fine; it's almost like powdered sugar. The T base they sent me is definitely a larger particle size, not quite the size of granulated sugar but definitely not as fine as the DHT. If I touch the DHT powder it's fine enough to get into my fingerprint grooves, and needs to be rinsed off; whereas the T base is not and can simply be brushed off. So they definitely sent me two different substances. I can tell my looking at them and feeling them that they are not the same.
And there are plenty of people out there that have claimed to get bunk from PPL. And why wouldn't PPL send out a certain percentage of their shipments as bunk? Customers have no recourse. It's not like they can call the police about it. And anybody who complains about it on a forum is accused of posting a "fake review". PPL simply says that everybody is lying, which is very convenient.

Everything comes back at 98% purity.What I have very well could be pure. Maybe I just have very thick skin or something and it's hard to penetrate the hormone.
I will try my DHT with DMSO tomorrow and see if I notice anything with that.
Even if I don't "feel" anything, I will do blood testing since that is very easy and cheap for me.

I have tried alphagels DHT in DMSO which gave me the most insane contact urticaria ive ever experienced. Like an allergic reaction that lasted for about an hour or two, made my skin lizard-like and stang like crazy. I dont know what quality DMSO he used but that reaction is enough for me to never try DMSO again.
So i couldnt really tell any effects from the DHT because of that reaction.
However QSC powder dissolved in 95 ethanol (managed about 35mg/ml, im getting anhydrous 100% ethanol soon which will give a better concentration) produced noticeable effects, like strong reduction in estrogenic libido, mental clarity, and a sense of calmness.
Also dry scooping 100-200mg powder and swishing/holding with some raki is probably very effective too because brought my strength back up to my previous peak after almost a month of no training, and definitely produces the same calmness effect. -

@Santosh Not really, but because of the low concentration i didnt really bother applying much anyway. Im soon gonna try pure ethanol with 5-10% IPM which should allow for at least 50mg/ml and I'll see if it's as strong as oral.

What formula is everyone using for DHT in DMSO?
I tried 50mg in 2ml DMSO and although it dissolved immediately, when I came back an hour later it had crystals.
