I can confirm

I have always been on leaner skinnier side my whole life, NEVER have been fat or overweight in any way or form and I only got first facial hair on chin at age of 17

now at 22 my facial hair are still developing slowly although more than I had at start compared to others some of whom already at age 16 had full thick beards mine are very minimal

I can grow sideburns somewhat decently, they are the only part of my facial hair that are noticeably browner/darker

while my chin and moustache hair have that lighter more fizzier not as hard type of color/texture to them

my total T when I was 21 tested like 532ng/dl and total E2 29pg/ml couldn't get DHT test as for some reason Prog and DHT here are the only exceptions that cost like 60 while other hormones only under 20°

but if using the formula of 5-10% total T converting into DHT it'd mean I have around 25-50ng/dl total DHT on average probably

on the same test my Free T3/cortisol were above range too

I'm 150lbs something and 6"2 max weight I had ever was 75kg

Asians can grow beards it’s just against their culture (in Japan anyway) unless you are old.
