Wisdom. You were exhibiting it.
Revelation 3:9 - "and are not, but do lie"
The word denotes an Abrahamic religion. Not a race. Drop it.

@zawisza said in Ashkenazi jew ahh looking coworker made fun of me for peating:
@Peatly I guess quoting and promoting Marx, Lenin, Stalin, or Wilhelm Reich by Ray Peat and users in other threads is alright, but using out-of-context quote from Malthus for fun is too far. (Btw Paul Ehrlich had arguably more influence on modern elites than Malthus whom he never cites AFAIK tho he's work is a massively dumbbed down version of Malthus.)
So, please stop virtue signalling and respond to the argument, or at least don't play the victim card.
Here we go, jump from 1 straight to 10. Why is it that when you guys are called out you fall back on saying you were joking? You knew exactly what you were doing with that quote. No, I am not playing the victim, all of us are being poisoned.
I don't have virtue to signal. I just have a bullshitometer which goes off at regular intervals. How is that for a laugh?

Such a holistic scientist will be quite good at finding some lights in the dark. Of a world and of a person. Many who read them will be prone to make things personal, when the law was then as it is now, contrary to that. Impersonal.

What argument. The one where you reached for model based statistical inferencing as an objective measure to explain variance in "intelligence"? Or this one?
@zawisza said in Ashkenazi jew ahh looking coworker made fun of me for peating:
What would be required is a series of measurements over multiple generations and then to show that those changes can overpower genetic differences.

Have you even read my comment? How can you not tell that saying: "moulding into an ostrich with New Yorkers being an intermediate state" and then "reappropriating" out-of-context quote is not done in a joking way?
@Peatly said in Ashkenazi jew ahh looking coworker made fun of me for peating:

Yes, a bait. Funny for some, clearly not for you. Kinda makes it funnier. You're taking this "eugenics" and "all of use are being poisoned" stuff too personally for an online forum in topic that's was meant to be humorous from the start. Have some sense of humour.

No reason it can't go somewhere useful and stay light. RPF was famous for it. Such is life.

Malthus had some good points too.
@ThinPicking said in Ashkenazi jew ahh looking coworker made fun of me for peating:
Or this one?
That one would be good enough. I agree that genes do not define our lives completely, but they have large influence on us - to deny that is ridiculous. What would be the point of genes then? Why would we pass them to our offspring? IQ has a genetic component, but it's not defined by it. It's hardly controversial.
Race is genetic by common sense. And common sense also indicates that blacks will be black, and whites white, whether they live in Sahara or Siberia. And if peoples' skins are different and bones and x-rays, then why not brains too? If you can measure intelligence, then it's expected that there'll be differences between races. You have no arguments against it, you just assume the opposite. The articles do not prove your point. They just indicate that not all is up to genes with which I agree. They do not say that genes play no role or that some characteristics defined by them can be completely overpowered by environment or metabolic state.

Why do you always write like half-assed impersonation of Yoda?

Some concessions and further assertions. That this is wide open seems controversial to you. And it still reads. You're struggling with your time and looking for a reason not to try. No one's forcing you in to conversation. I hope not anyway.
That other stuff about your ocular vision in the present isn't in dispute. That it's set in stone is.

You sound mad.

@ThinPicking Why bother responding to me if you have nothing to say other than "No, you're wrong." It seems like I'm not the one with too much time on his hands.

"No, you're wrong."
That's not a quote and I'm quite handy with a telephone or the nearest keyboard and RDC.
Nothing wrong with a chat zawisza. Ignore me if you want.

@Peatly Problems in your own life are not the result of big overreaching people. I don't find this sort of vulgar anti semitism funny at all, its embarrassing. Jewish people will keep finnessing you because they are high iq and inventive. Look at your own lives problems before becoming a VULGAR ANTISEMITE.
-
What the hell are you waffling about. Where exactly do you think she's been antisemitic.
Jewish people have finesse because they have a unique angle on God.
-
Also doherty, are you a brit?

@lanadelesoteric said in Ashkenazi jew ahh looking coworker made fun of me for peating:
I am the one defending Jewish people - like @ThinPicking said show where I was antisemitic. You need to get your facts right before throwing labels are me. I expect an apology once you realise your error.
I reported your post as a lie. Substantiate or redact it.

You are right, I am taking the eugenics, genocide thing far too seriously. Here, let me remedy that. I made up a joke, two jokes, just for you.
Joke No.1 – A man walks into a hospital, it can be a woman too, doesn’t really matter as they will soon be dead.
Joke No. 2 – A man walks into a hospital. He is seen by a consultant who diagnosis him and writes a prescription. He sees a nurse who takes his vitals and administers an injection. He is also seen by a radiographer who takes a CT scan. The man dies suddenly.
Q. What killed him?
A. His genes“It’s the way I tell em”.

I'm sorry for not being outraged 24/7 about jewish eugenic schemes. I should not have joked about it. I will peat harder so that, just like you, I can be offended all the time and not joke about this serious matter.

Your word not mine!!! I have never called it a Jewish eugenic scheme. And to anyone else who tries to pin antisemitism on me it will not wash. I will continue to call out and draw attention to the ongoing atrocity.
To anyone else who thinks this is a joke, Peat all you want, it will not protect you from the damage done by mRNA vaccines.
-
Really. It is not a good idea for you to throw accusation like that in to the ether and scurry away. Failing to qualify or rectify it when called out. If your claim against the other stands and something's been missed it needs to be spoken, by you. Or the claim rescinded for your benefit.
More generally, it would be good if you came back and made a thread about your "militant animal rights activism". This is subject I and probably others will want to talk about. It's impossible without a wealth. What's a wealth. Exactly. That would be you.
