I recall that Ray Peat said that having a tablespoon of baking soda before bed has benefits, but I can’t seem to find it or recall what they are. Does anyone know what resource I’m referring to, and/or what the benefits are?

the caffeine content would keep you up all night and ruin sleep, peat was wrong.

@FatRetardPeater there’s no caffeine in baking soda, but based of your @ and posts I’m going to assume you’re trolling

@Blitz from personal experience, it has improved my sleep quality noticeably and has made it easier to fall asleep. Recommend keeping a bottle of baking soda water on nightstand.

@0uro thank you I appreciate The response. My sleep schedule has been all out of wack over the past month so this might help me get back on track
