          @risingfire so beards are purely abt DHT? If thats the case then how come we’ve got beardless mfs with massive dicks?

            Definitely not. Until the age of 25, I haven’t been able to grow much of a beard.
            After I started lifting and then peating, and DHT maxxing, I’ve been able to grow a much thicker beard than before. But this took 5+ years.
            Now I’m able to grow a nice beard, moderately thick and dense except around the cheekbones, where it’s less dense.

                @peatqqq At 26.
                But I recently did blood tests, been dealing with low T for years. Both my free T and my DHT came out very, very low. And I actually have a decently solid beard that grew mostly after 26.

                I know guys who are much higher T in behaviour than me and that can barely grow patches of beard.

                My DHT level came out at 198 pg/mL (112-955 range). Tragically low. This is finasteride level of DHT.
                I believe both stress and estrogen and aging in general, can promote beard growth

                    @doorflamme I'm not sure how relevant is that. I do eat plenty of fruits, eggs, beef, rice, olive oil. What's essential in my case is that I have intestinal dysbiosis which is causing secondary hypogonadism and affecting my Testosterone and DHT.

                    I also had periods where I took Androsterone, from Idealabs and noticed a positive effect on beard thickness.

                      Most Asians and native Americans don't have ample facial hair. Genes and race.
