      @NotShanalotte I use the standard one tablespoon in 4oz warm water. Rinse it through my hair a couple times and massage in the scalp. Make sure to leave it in for a bit and don't wash out too soon. I haven't ran out yet of my first package.

        @noodlecat59 I haven't had any issues with staining. My towel is blue though if I touch it with bloo hands lol.

            Do you think the ingredients of Bloo have systemic effects? I don't really have problems with my hair or scalp, but I would still consider getting it, especially if you noticed any systemic benefits since the ingredients are quite "peaty".

              @jamezb46 I definitely notice other positive effects from topical application. Mood Boost, Increased Confidence, Muscle Relaxation, Stable Energy etc. If i have an imflamed muscle I will apply some and it recovers quite quickly. It's also useful for skincare.

                      @Andrewㅤ gonna try it.

                      the problem with taurine/niacinamide etc is that they increase the need for glucose.

                      see this thread

                        @wester130 Why is that a bad problem to have? Just eat more sugar, right

                          @jamezb46 true. however using the glucose topically will work locally.

                          for example honey on burns, versus eating the honey

                          topical niacinamide increases the need for sugar locally in that area.

                            @wester130 I see. So why not add in table sugar to the bloo product so that there is ~5g per serving?

                                @Andrewㅤ FYI I dissolved mine in Glycerin for increased viscosity and all the actives dissolved well in 1-2 oz
