Gamechanger “Nootropics”

What peat-adjacent supplements/foods did help you to maintain focus? I’ve tried thiamine, I drink about 8-10 cups of coffee a day, sometimes add some taurine, b-complex, but nothing that would be a huge gamechanger, my focus tends to drift away very often, which makes the studying way longer than it could be. Appreciate suggestions!

Methylene blue

@Key-2 Nicotine

redbull+american spirit black is the most potent nootropic for me and nothing even comes close. i tried making my own redbull and doing nicotine patches and it didnt hit the same.

Combo of Rhodiola, Schisandra & Eluthero mildly improves cognition but like most adaptogens, become less effective on repeated doses - so I save for exams & such.

@Anakin am a bit wary of MB, especially for nootropic use, Masterjohn apparently criticized it’s frequent use

@Key-2 Your focus issue is likely downstream from lifestyle issues, not dietary issues (e.g. prolonged internet usage is known to destroy focus).

Energin + 1mg cypro + caffiene + nicotine
-In my experience, the nootropic effects of cypro diminish with repeated use so best cycled. 3 days on, 1 week off, or similar regimen.1 gram phenibut + energin + caffeine + nicotine
-Phenibut is addictive and the beneficial nootropic effects also diminish. Cycle of 1 day on, two weeks off.I have gotten amazing work done on these two stacks. I have tried lots of nootropics in the past, many make me feel irritable. I also have a general distrust in the safety of many of the compounds. Piracetam has one of the longest history of use and length of study. Ray has written about it favorably. It's also one of my favorites, been years since I have used it though.
Healing metabolism, regulating digestion, proper light exposure, and sleep should be the priority. The best nootropic is probably being well rested, well fueled, and reading/working while sun bathing.
