Cynomel from Mexico

A friend of mine is coming back from Mexico and will bring me back some Cynomel and Cynoplus.
If he goes to a pharmacy will it be enough to just mention these meds or are there differences in dosages?
I looked the meds up on a mexican online pharmacy and the below options came up.
Please let me know which one is prefered. Thank You!!

@happyhanneke hah yeah. I heard that was a significant problem in Mexico City. I’m sure it’s not hard to find reputable pharmacies if you’re not trying to cut cost

@LetTheRedeemed why would they do that? I can understand for example if they use fentanyl in some street-drugs, but why would a mexican pharmacy lace their drugs?

@foxgelb Makes no sense to me either, just reporting the news.
I'm guessing illegitimate operations (apparently it's too easy to create a pharmacy in Mexico), then substances from suppliers who offer something that will provide some feeling that's far cheaper than an actual lab compound like t3/t4 (say they wanted to scam you with something that gives some excitatory effects but diluted enough to not attempt to harm you).
