But have you ever heard of prolamines (gluten) and the impact on your border bross of the intestines (leaky gut due to zonuline action). When you don't pull too much on the rope, you recover at night. we repair via homeostasis, provided you've done it on a moderate way. Not 3 times. -
Lectins, saponins and gliadin increase intestinal permeability and allow increased passage of gut bacteria from intestinal lumen to peripheral circulation.
LPS - an antigen found in gram-negative bacteria cell membranes - interacts with TLR-4, leading to inflammatory cytokine production and low-grade chronic inflammation, which is at the root of insulin resistance. Insulin resistance is recognized to induce the metabolic syndrome, including T2D. Endotoxemia-induced insulin resistance in T2D patients may be exacerbated, in part, by antinutrients. -
Cereals are not good for endothelial cells.
Cereals cause zonulin secretion. Zonulin increases intestinal permeability (leaky gut). Tight junctions are no longer operational (by people suffering from poor digestion).
Blé = Wheat. Lait = Milk. Avoine = oat. Maïs = corn.

@LucH something was wrong with my gut. Acidic foods including orange juice caused blood in shit. I still don't know the cause, could be gluten. This also stopped after I cut everything but milk, sugar, carrot out.

@psi have you tried antibiotics? My problems aren't nearly as severe I just get a weird feeling and coated tongue after drinking orange juice. I ordered some penicillin vk and am going to do a short 3-7 days cycle of it.

@PrinceTrebata no, but monodiet works, so no need. Carrot should be enough.

The blood issue was causing me no pain or diarrhea by the way, so I ignored it for years.

Well, you probably suffer from a too thin mucus thickness (acidity – painful tightness) and an ulcer (blood in the stools).
You’d better see a medical doctor to be sure (umbrella).
What I would do:- L-glutamine powder for rebuilding the membranes (2 x ¼ tsp)
- aloe vera (without gluten / wheat if possible) before night sleep, to calm down the acidity. 1 tbl the first time. 2 tbl next times.
If the digestion take too long, there is more to do.
If you want to change the nature / the type of sugar / the order of food taking and the combination of some elements, say it if you need coaching.
One person at a time if you want guidance.

@LucH thank you. I believe it's long term PUFA damage from sunflower and canola oils. I'm going to continue with a restrictive diet for a while, and let the body heal on its own.

Well seen but it"s only one side of the cause, that's to say: Too much AA in the membranes.
On side of the problem is explained in this post:, if your sugar management is a problem and you've got a low metabolism.
You have to work in several directions to recover. Waiting for AA evacuation could take 4 years long. And you won't recover only by changing the source of sugars. First deal with leaky gut and calm down the overreaction of the immune system.
There is more to say because you've waited too long. If you treat the problem, only waiting for avoiding overloading the boat, you've been too deep in a low metabolism, it won't be easy and you'll probably lose energy where it could be more useful to recover.
Mind the exhausting of adrenal glands if you wait to long ...How stored PUFA shifts away the capacity of oxidation of sugars
- Transition from glycolysis mode to lipolysis mode and conversely.
- Lipid peroxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acids produces the protein damage about 23 times faster than the simple sugars do.
- Stored PUFA makes the blood vessels weaker, damages the mitochondria and suppress thyroid functions.
- These damages reduce the ability to oxidize sugar and to produce energy.
- Role of PUFAs in the glucose homeostasis: Excess Omega-6 impaired glucose tolerance.
- Providing hormone T3 and a well-assimilated amount of sugar tend to shift energy metabolism away from the oxidation of fats, back to the oxidation of sugar, with staples (progressively).
- Poor glycemic control has been associated with hypothyroidism in non-insulin dependent persons

@LucH my metabolism is fine. Danny Roddy had similar issues with unripe oranges. I've been avoiding seed oils already, so I'm mostly free from PUFA now. You think I have celiac disease?
My plan is to continue with milk for a few months, then incorporate more foods. I like milk, so it's not a big deal, though extremely boring.

Not easy to answer. What is sure: You have to listen to your feeling and not waiting before it's too hard not to change sth.
you suffer from leaky gut and you don't metabolize well. Your assimilation level is deficient.
Which way you're going to take is up to you, as far as you don't miss energy to assist hormonal balance. -

Here's a thought which may cover energy metabolism, acidity/sensitivity and intestinal microbiome balance:
According to the FDA it's fine to add up to 0.05% of H202 to milk for cheese production.
That's about 4 tablespoons of 3% H202 to a gallon of milk.
What if you drank SUCH milk? -

ate pufa in takeout food, probably quite a bit, after years of seed oil avoidance. woke up cold and remained really estrogenic feeling for up to 3 days after. which is big because normally im warm 24/7 except if i skip meals. other than eggs and whatever amount is in natural foods i get relatively low pufa and i dont think i ever get seed oils except very occasionally whatever small amount is in the bun of a fast food burger.

I first started out peating in 2015
I cooked potatoes, rice, bread and croissants in coconut oil, not perfect but it was a start.
Added it to everything
Also supplement caffeine, niacinamide etc
I've eaten more coconut oil than most people in society, I feel fine and am a rational human being.
vitamin e, niacinamide, taurine/zinc can protect you from PUFA

Don't forget coconut oil and aspirin have protective effects as well
