All studies never go above 12 weeks. Short term results.
We have to know who finance the studies (subsides from oil companies).
If you want more deep analyze about avantages and disadvantages, the reason why it's white or black, I can give a link, if interested. -

All the chemicals that are necessary to process these oils, and then, they just sit on the grocery shelves in toxic plastic bottles. Can’t be healthy at all.

i actually know who this woman is. she did a mocking video on someone criticizing costco putting carrageenan in their ready to eat hot roasted chickens. i told her there's multiple studies showing carrageenan can be risky and theres no point putting it in because the extra juicyness it makes the cooked chicken is minimal. costco actually ended up changing their recipe and removing it. she's one of those le science people who takes somewhat cringy alt health claims that justifiably are kind of out there and then reacts to any criticism of government approved additives and paints it with all the same brush. it' a common phenomenon in debunkers (and all reactionary cultures, so dont think you right wing chud-oids dont do this too)
i can accept that certain pufa rich foods are probably ok to eat and probably even healthy in some cases. i dont think avocados or some nuts are bad because the nutrients that come with them can actually outweigh the metabolic supressing effect of pufas. but seed oils are actually nasty, ive experimented on myself multiple times by practicing strict seed oil avoidance and then once in awhile eating some seed oil rich take out food. it's always a mistake. what follows after is days of feeling cold and rough, every single time. and now that i think back to how i used to feel all the time i realize this is "normal" and how people walk around living their lives all the time. cold, apathetic, neurotic. it's insane, actually. the metabolic supressing effects of pufa oils are crazy. there's no nutrition left in them to give any sort of balanced effect.

@Bling5 maybe you could introduce this lady to an article from Ray Peat? maybe a video from young and sexy scientist Kyle Mamounis may be more convincing?

@LetTheRedeemed kyle manmouis is an open hitler appreciator (see my point about reactionary chuds) so she might just strawman the argument by saying shes not listening to a literal nazi . kyle literally thinks that hitler is le good guy , i assume because since we were lied to about history so naturally most people receptive to this new information about the wars oscillate wildly to the other extreme. the only way people will reject seed oils is if it is institutionalized by the govt, or in a hyper-free market with no subsidies for farmers. both require a changed society. not like we have now. the chuds are right about one thing though, power is all that matters.
did you know ive heard hard core right wingers talk about how once they seize power they'll ban sugar? kekw

@Bling5 wow this is weird. I didn’t hear any of that in the video I shared
-
@LetTheRedeemed xD yeah ill send it to her mayhaps paths cross
-
@Bling5 given that, I take your criticisms of Kyle Mamounis as weak.
