Why do white button mushrooms make my skin so dry im picking the scabs of dry skin of my scalp a day after consuming them... and my skin and hair is also dry
they seem to fix my digestion too

Idk but they make me constipated. I don't know why either. -
Do you cook them long enough? I think Ray Peat recommends to boil them for up 3 hours

Yes, 3 hours in the crockpot. I'm weird. Nothing works for me like it supposed to. -
