Hey guys, been having some bizarre symptoms I havent had before.
moments where i get faint, lightheaded, very anxious, confused, fatigued. Eat something sugar clears it right up. Never had this before and havent changed diet.

Had been drinking 2-3 double shot coffees per day for 4 months, plus lots of walking(2-4hrs a day 5x week) to drop some fat, which i have. I also have fatty liver.

I thought maybe im overtrained and dont process coffee as well causing cortisol dysfunction? Coffee drained my magnesium levels?

Very confused and can only find conflicting evidence online - Thank you for any suggestions

        You say you have hypoglycemia.

Yet you say taking sugar clears it up.

Can you clarify? As my past experience with hypoglycemia is differently felt. I would avoid sugar, especially taken alone and in between meals. As I would feel fine but only for a brief time, and it would give me all symptoms of hypoglycemia shortly thereafter.

Fatty liver affects the livers ability to store glycogen which is necessary for blood sugar regulation. Also an unhealthy liver can impede on gluconeogenesis. Kinda recipe for blood sugar instability.

Just keep nourishing yourself well and I’d always have carbs within a balance meal. Maybe too much coffee here.
