        @Sugarnotsnow Define "high". 70-100g seems usefull for most.

          @Uroš I believe Broda Barnes recommendation was around 50g. This is similar to what peat did later in his life.

            Interesting. So he says that a high carb and high protein diet caused a hypo state?

              @GreekDemiGod Actually, its not too far off from peat's recommendation. He clarrified that the 80-100g recommendation was based on 4-5k calories in the last year of his life. I doubt most people eat this much food based on those ive talked to. So the range would be 50-70g for most people going off this.
