Super High blood preassure

I had been 180/120 for at least 12 years when it stabilized. Prior to that it must have been a steady climb up from 120/80 for about 7 years
Then when I made a willful effort to lower it, it went up to 240/160 for 2 years before I got to know fully what I was dealing with, down to the root cause for my particular context. That's when I got to lower it back to 180/120.
The frequent urination at night is also the case with me. And the urine is frothy. It is what the body does in killing bacteria or eating up toxins for excretion. Often it's the case that the immune system keeps attempting this, and never being able to eliminate the source of the toxicity and infection. And this becomes an endless loop, wasting our body's resources while keeping us alive. As what it does still keeps the toxin and/or bacteria or both from destroying our tissues. It makes and uses ROS for the process of protecting, while at the same time it leaves behind spillover ROS that is in itself an oxidative stress that can destroy tissues.
Albumin is used to counter this stress as albumin is our primary antioxidant in the ecf (extracellular fluid). I believe the redox reaction involved produces water, and this is a source for the additional urine. The froth contains a lot of oxidized albumin, as the albumin cannot be recycled and has to be excreted.
Blood volume, however is lowered with the constant use of albumin. It's good that the liver keeps replenishing the albumin, but still it takes a toll, as the material used to makes albumin is also used for hair and skin. The cosmetic considerations are the least important for the body so youthful looks may be sacrificed for internal health, especially organ health.
I believe my heart, liver, kidneys to be healthy though I am on recovery after a heart failure incident in which I inadvertently and carelessly took a toxin which caused an acute bronchitis which pretty much caused a cascade of systemic effects which affected my heart. I am still dealing with that now in the form of a mass dead red blood cells in my system which has to be cleared slowly as the iron content can have very deleterious effects, as well as the carbon monoxide being generated.
But if not for this incident, which is an unfortunate detour, I would have been on my way to achieving normal blood pressure as I chelate the remaining cause of my high bp, which is lead toxicity. Now I have to first deal with both car on monoxide and iron toxicity, as well as the ataxia or Parkinson's -like symptoms and effects from this detour.
My cardio blames high BP for my heart failure and for my current symptoms, but I'm pretty sure it isn't the cause, though my weaker state makes me more vulnerable to having edema that would lead to another case of heart failure.
In all the years of having high BP, I've not felt any I'll effects such as headaches which seems to be common among hypertension people. My kidneys and livers are in good health, though my heart ECG indicated I have an enlarged heart. I have very good immunity and haven't had a flu nor fever for 20 plus years. My metabolic health is excellent, blood sugar being the healthy normal with a fasting blood sugar of 96, though this is high for me as I had been 84. I can stand dry fasting for 3 days. If not for therecent case of bronchitis, I have high endurance and can go underwater for 90 seconds. My body does not ache. I have no arthritis. All this is to say that allowing my body to adapt with higher blood pressure has been a good way to deal with the pathologies that exist in my body.
My poor dental health (periodontitis) was what caused a low-grade (no fever) infection internally, which was a root cause of high BP. Lead toxicity is the other cause. Taking BP medication does nothing to remove these root causes. I have removed one of these two root causes.
I have to keep focused. It won't take more than two years to break down the remaining causes.
It is a long journey of learning from my condition.
I hope sharing my journey will help to guide you in dealing with your high BP.

How are you taking care of your periodontist? Antibiotics?
And how are you taking care of the lead toxicity? Modified citrus pectin?

@RawGoatMilk88
Hi
Pulse 65 and temp 98
Pulse can go up to 70 afternoon -
@yerrag
Thank you for sharing your story.
Im not aware of any toxicity i might be affected by, but noticed i have slight drop in preassure when taking activated charcoal for few days.
Could itt be endotoxins causing a chronic inflamation?.
My urine is also foamy, frothy. -

After a long while the original periodontal microbiome in my internal system morphs and acts in a synergistic manner where it is hard to simply use an antibiotic to eliminate. It has bacteria and fungi of enough variety that it no longer can be the periodontal microbiome it began with. The only way is to use the diversity in nature to eliminate. I would use turpentine and essential oil blends, orally or via suppositories to weaken the infection to a point where they would become no different than commensal microbes. Antibiotic are simply unable to carry the task because the weakness of antibiotics is each is too specialized and don't have multiple pathways to destroy various microbes. I have even on occasion spurned the use of Ciprofloxacin despite the insistence of my doctor who views Cipro as the only oral antibiotic that the suspected bacteria is sensitive to, and the infection was as good as good when I use a blend of antimicrobial essential oils.

I've got on hand an effective chelator developed by Boys Haley, called Emeramide. But since the first time I used it landed me in the ER and ICU, I am waiting for the right time to use it. The stress of healing using it requires the rest of my body to be robust to be able to take the stress of healing.
Right now, I have to help my body recycle a large load of dead red blood blood cells that have to be cleared out of my system. As the heme is being broken down by heme oxygenase, the carbon monoxide and iron released act as stressors that make it hard to fully recover. I experience Parkinsonian symptoms, difficulty breathing occasionally due to the tendency for my lungs to take in water, and my immune system is continually engaged in getting rid of free iron. It is something I know doctors cannot help me with. They can only rescue me from death bur can only at best restore me to 50% with the news to be people's up by prescription drugs. Only my use of Peat's research allows me the ability to restore fully my health.

My urine is also foamy, frothy.Hypertension has way too many causes. A contextual approach will allow one to find the root cause or causes. But doctors are unqualified to cure one of it. Doctors can only manage the symptoms, and doing so will lead only to iatrogenic worsening of health.
-
@slawekb Seems like your problem is with utilizing carbs properly. Maybe try caffeine + K2, aspirin, b vitamins (specifically thiamine or niacinamide) thyroid (t3) all things that can supercharge your glycogen stores and ability to oxidize sugar.

My urine is also foamy, frothy.If you have gut issues, it has an effect on your brain. As the gut is called our second brain for a food reason. I think that the effect of serotonin has a lot to do with that. Ray says that the gut is the largest source of serotonin while the lungs is the main way we get rid or deactivate serotonin.
Gut health and lung health have large effects on our well-being, especially when it comes to having good sleep.
So it somehow explains your experience with using AC, though AC is not something we should use too often as it takes a lot of nutrients from the gut and gets them excreted.
I recently, in the last few days, discovered that sleeping with red light makes the mitochondria more efficient. I think that not only does our production of energy become more efficient, but that its production of ROS is more potent.
I urinate less and the urine is much less foamy. This, I believe, has to do with our phagocytes, in neutrophils and in macrophages being more focused and precise in killing pathogens and in eating up toxins, and leaving a lot less spillover ROS. Spillover ROS is messy and harmful, and eats away our tissues. But the body has antioxidants that neutralize this oxidative stress. Albumin seems to me the main antioxidant involved and accounts for most of the foam I see in urine. With less spillover ROS to deal with, less albumin is oxidized and less foam is produced. More albumin is this retained in blood, and this allows more water to be attracted to the salt that albumin attracts, and with more water in our blood, blood has more volume. Blood pressure becomes lower as blood volume increases toward normality.
It goes without saying that with higher metabolism, our immunity is enhanced as the ROS the mitochondria produces is more potent.

Also dealing with very high blood pressure, around 180/120
dont know the cause , but I did notice that vitamin d3 4000iu a day
pushed it up to 220/150 once
and when I quit the d3 it lowered back to 180/120 after 2 weeks or so -

This would require higher blood pressure.
This is the case also when methylene blue is used to improve metabolism

@Serotoninskeptic
Interesting.
Thank you for your comments.How bp correlates with sugar utilization?
Im trying to understand the mechanism.Btw
Once i added simple sugars to my diet, i lost a lot of body fat and had more energy
But my blood preassure did not improve, actually increased a lot. And with this frequent urination i feel thirsty most all the time.My blood sugar is fine, my thyroid , based on tsh levels is apparently fine too.....my doc doesnt seem to know whats the cause except "everything is genetic" and tries to drug me up.
Im trying to figure out root cause and at the moment thinking of focusing on thyroid and gut health.

@yerrag
What are your thoughts on supplementing albumin? -
@jorda11
How do you feel at 180/120? -
@slawekb I think it's better to have your liver healthy and supply yourself with enough protein and sulfur so it continues to make albumin. Egg white has albumin but I personally don't think it makes much difference in helping me lower BP.
-
@slawekb i do suffer from some headaches
if the BP goes higher i feel pressure in my nose and head -
@yerrag hmm interesting, i was thinking my calcium levels might have been to high from the d3
-
mag, potassium, vitamin e.
-
@jorda11
I feel a preassure around my neck, right where thyroid is...almost as if someone is trying to choke me...gently -
how would taking D3 in excess cause calcium levels to go high? It's only activated D3 in the form of calcitriol that would case PTH to be high enough to trigger osteoclastic activity, where calcium is leeched from bones to increase serum calcium.
even if you took plenty of calcium, it would end up building bone structure when the ratio of extracellular calcium to cellular calcium exceeds an optimal ratio of 15000, but if you're hypothyroid all bets are off. More calcium would end up in the cells and over time this would lead to internal calcification and fibrosis. With tissues and organs stiffened and shrinking, it would easily cause high blood pressure. But hypertension is always a result, or effect of a larger cause. Hypertension is never a primary cause, but a secondary one. But our doctors never got the memo, because there is none.

@sneedful
Ive tried mag and potassium but no improvement
