the article on the Spanish govt website which I found and google translated says there are emergency powers to the military to potentially spray, and then it references another document which talks bout various aspects of biocidal stuff, there is no mention of lead dioxide or even any type of material, it's just general guidelinesthere is no proof that the government / military acted on any of this to do spraying during covid
I agree the existence of the document showing they have granted powers to potentially spray exists. but this site you posted is reposting claims without evidence, and the most up to date thing I saw was a refutation in EU court against these claims
nothing ive stated above is a bias or opinion, im just saying what is available evidence to a person without access to secret informations

Lol some of the biggest posters of this shit are in the UK, which happens to look overt and totally grid-like. I haven't seen that extreme in the US but it's been bad since 2020 but longer than that.

I haven't done my research in this particular area and it would be hard to find any reliable information period, which makes it so insidious and potentially brilliant.
You will see trails before it rains, but also on clear days when maybe it's going to rain in a few days. Maybe it's just pollen or dust, but after one or two days when it's otherwise not rainy and clear, there's the smoggy chemtrail clouds and a thin layer of dust on anything that's outside.
Anyways, they are using it to create rain, but I would reason that if they know how to make rain they probably know how to prevent rain and redirect / steer rain/wind/heat. Probably part of why the wildfires keep hammering the American West (my opinion), and possibly linked to the tree die-off (though an invasive beetle / pest is more likely imo).

@Corngold you can look up the Alberta weather engineering by the private insurance industry. none of this stuff is a secret.they literally spray stuff to prevent hailstorms in that province because of the amount of damage hail does to vehicles
im in western Canada, many bad fires here are started by crazy people. the pine beetle ravaged barren forests are good fuel. If you want a vacation to somewhere where I don't think there is much if any spraying you can go to BC. I've not really noticed chemtrails and the sun bathing here is good in the summer

I'm aware. Not saying it is true, but it seems like a game they play where they say a ridiculous thing in order to cover up the real thing, which remains secret.
Ray Peat went on the radio in Northern California, one of the most hippie / new age geographies in the west... interviewer mentioned chemtrails a few different times."well poisoning" though? Ok. Like 90% of people into Peat are on 50 different supplements and experimental hormones, as if Peat or his acolytes weren't pushing this stuff on people or advocating experimental medicine.

There are plenty of operations that involved airborne pathogens or chemicals in warfare domestic and abroad. It's not worth debating, and I'm not saying there's good evidence it's still happening! But just look at the history.

I of course am well aware of all the chemtrail/cloud seeding stuff and I began to become very suspicious of it, it was pissing me the hell off frankly because I try to get a lot of sun during spring/summer, trying to get my tan and vitamin D.
I'm fairly certain whatever the stuff is, why its used, etc., is definitely affecting life and atmosphere negatively. All of the climate change stuff was a noble lie about "holes in the ozone," the "Al Gore takes a private jet" "outrage," and de-growth/stopping carbon (life). Anyways, it all makes sense given how "jets" can be blamed for the trails, though it surely isn't exhaust. Then the "smog" and "pollution", while real in China and some industrial areas and certain cities located in valleys, is now IMO true many places because of this stuff that blurs out the sun and blue sky.
Anyways, first blue day in a while and the air was immaculate, cool, and fresh. I was so happy. Next day, blue sky, but chemtrails and smog returned by evening. Disgusting. Same thing the next few days. It's awful to dwell on this stuff, but when you haven't had sun or warmth for months, and then it's instantly ruined - and nobody believes you - it becomes depressing.
