      as per chris masterjohn:

      120,000iu vit A
      20mg Vit K2 mk4
      36,000iu Vit D
      200IU vit E

      that is based off desire to take 20mg k2 per week. now imagine taking 45mg k2 mk4 per day…. would need more than twice the above ratio per day!!!

        @sneedful Can you link to him recommending these ratios? Is this recent?

        Just the other day I watched a video on him recommending 100-200 micro(u)grams of K2/day, which would be about 1mg/week.

        As well, I saw a vid of him recommending 20 IU of vitamin E/day. I guess that's closer at 140 IU/week.

            @SpaceManJim it's in his vitamin and mineral 101 guide, idk if it's a paid thing but it's on Anna's archive

            note he does not recommend 20mg mk4 that I've seen. that's just an example list I made with that amount. my point is to show maybe megadosing k2 mk4 isn't a great idea if the other fat solubles aren't stocked up
