Interventions for ADHD

Our biggest frustration in this community eh. They're in my life too.
So dump salt caps/pills, taurine, gaba, thianine, and maybe maybe maybe allop and/or baclofen on his doorstep and keep talking. Ease him off the water and in to more of the sugar/protein. Get him drinking OJ with a pinch of salt and a bit of added sugar if he likes it. Same with milk. etc. etc.
Maybe he has the self sustaining attention of a hawk in 3 months flat.

@ThinPicking Yep can be frustrating but I try to be very patient and understanding.
Any idea on proper dosing for theanine and taurine etc? In order to feel the GABAergic effects -
I'm thin picking this from thin air because I rarely take things and only very low doses these days. But for someone who's been prone to guzzling water I'd take a gram of taurine 3 times a day, and thianine can feel really odd above the normally marketed 250mg dose, so just that.
Baclofen is a blunt instrument so I have to say 5mg twice a day to stay in good conscience. GABA itself I've never tried, but I might soon just to have fun with it. There's a very old packet somewhere I never used.

@ThinPicking Okay thanks so much for the advice. Means a lot

@ThinPicking Also just realized red bull is loaded with taurine and he loves red bull. He said it doesnt help so much with the anxiety/focus aspect. But makes him more alert and awake. I wonder if its the combination of caffeine and taurine which he craves

The b vits and sugar too, probably. It's also just a high tonicity fluid. Easier to assimilate.
But he's still lacking salt by the sounds of it and suffering for it later. If he added a pinch to coffee he'd probably be fine with it. And with more salty 'solids' and a bit of willful restriction, he'd stop swinging between extremes, cooking on stress and struggling to pay attention at will.
