      A couple years ago, when I first went to the gym before Peating, I had great grip strength. I spammed my gym's lat pulldown machine, seated row, & the assisted pullup machine. The lat pulldown in particular had those rock-climbing stud's as a grip, so I could use those & challenge my grip + get an insane stretch.

      I took a yearlong break from the gym, until 6 months ago, due to laziness & school, but now that I came back, I only have access to a way worse gym. Not minding that I continued to do my workouts fine, until a 3-4 months ago, when I realized my grip strength was giving out at exercises I already knew I was able to do, & had done without trouble earlier.

      Another thing that has fallen recently is my gait. Specifically, my shoulders/collarbone would automatically swing a lot more then they do now. I used to walk like that Doctor Livingstone gif (really!) Now my walking is totally normal, no big swing of my arms, they mostly dangle at my sides. My legs are totally the same & normal though.

      What's up with this? Is it an exacerbated vitamin deficiency?

        @Pooooop you only have access to a way worse gym i.e. youre too poor to go to the main one and too limited, something in ur life is limiting your desires, even the way you talk about it says you are being suppressed. you dont walk with a chad gait anymore because now you have the shame of downgrading.

        this is all speculation

          @the_black_jew this is certainly a part of it, because gait & grip are great earmarks of mental health. I specifically feel worse about the back training thing. I had good gait even with the old gym, I was actually kind of happy that my gym still worked. The only thing that's really different is the fact I only have a bad lat pulldown machine because dumbbell rows make my ribs feel weird. Also I've been less serious in general about training. So you're right.

              @Pooooop
              Could be also in part due to very contracted, dysbalanced muscles around your spine, specifically in the area of your shoulder blades and your lower cervical vertebrae. So the stiffness prevents the rotary motion and compresses otherwise pre-weakened nerve bundles to your hands, epecially when under further exercise load. Maybe your neck posture is way worse since the restart in the worse gym or you're training the wrong muscles instead of their necessary counterparts.

                    @Pooooop I suggest go to the better gym and tell them your situation and ask to sweep up and clean the windows etc for a discount on membership
