      What are your favorite bulking foods/methods of preparation/supplements?

      Lots of starches and dairy worked for me but I want to know what works for you

        @cokefiend Increasing fat intake via heavy cream, dates or potatoes with butter, raw milk/cheeses, and chocolate.

            Haven't tried it myself, but some people here and on the old forum reported weight gain after using cyproheptadine regularly.

            I've never been a big party attender, but I never went to a party where I didn't probably offend most of the people there by talking about what I was interested in. (Ray Peat)

              @Luke Yeah, every time I use cypro for at least a week I gain a lot of weight that never seems to go away. I still can't really figure out how good or bad that is though because I don't really visibly see the extra weight...
