High dose biotin and liver cancer.
-
Hi everyone. !st post here. Sad to see what happened to rpf.
I've been looking into @haidut 's b vitamin and aspirin study on mice. The HED is ~15mg/kg vitamin B1 (thiamine), ~30mg/kg vitamin B3 (niacinamide), ~1.5mg/kg vitamin B7 (biotin), and ~15mg/kg aspirin daily.
For a 60 kg person:
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine): 900mg (3x300)
Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide): 1,800mg (3x600)
Vitamin B7 (Biotin): 90mg (3x30)
Aspirin: 900mg (3x300)
Vitamin K: 2.57mg (3x 0.86)
For a 110 kg person:
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine): 1,650mg (3x 550)
Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide): 3,300mg (3x 1100)
Vitamin B7 (Biotin): 165mg (3x55)
Aspirin: 1,650mg (3x550)
Vitamin K : 4.71mg (3x1.57)Ray said that there were old animal studies showing that high dose biotin caused liver cancer. https://www.bioenergetic.life/clips/d743f?t=1572&c=35
I was hoping to suggest this protocol to my wife who suffers with cancer but i'm suspicioous of the biotin and not sure how such an amoount of niacinamide would work either. can't b1 build up to toxc levels?
If anyone can offer insights it will go a long way.
Thanks for keeping the discussions going. I am blessed to find Dr Peat and haiduts research.

@Living_thing Don’t know about this particular case, but have heard ray consider some things/doses not worth the risk of taking, unless one has cancer. This might be one of those instances.

apatone + cyproheptadine + aspirin

I would get rid of my cancer in a month or two, using high dose THC administered via rectal suppositories. See CannabisHealthRadio.com for hundreds of similar stories.
I've personally interviewed many people who have used this remedy and completely gotten rid of even cancer where they were told they had weeks to live.
I would use ultrasound to monitor the tumor. Sometimes it shrinks and disappears. Other times it changes density and becomes normal again, instead of containing cancer cells. Sometimes this remedy doesn't work. Nothing works all the time, but it is probably 80% or 90% and it's not that expensive and it's very easy to do, and no high is required.

@16charactersitis Indeed. The dose makes the poison, though perhaps the remedy in this case.

@the_black_jew Thanks, I hadn't heard of apatone before.
A combination vitaminK and vitaminC.
The main reasoning behind combining B vitamins and aspirin is that they help bypass metabolic blockages. -
@Ecstatic_Hamster Thankyou. I've heard a lot about RSO and yet i've looked a little and been unable to find a mechanism behind it.
Do you have an idea why THC is effective? -
@Living_thing just replace the k3 with methylene blue in same dose . it’s 100:1 iirc i.e. 50mg methylene blue and 5g vitamin c per day. split up .
the safe reasonable dose of MB is 15mg per day. could do 5mg MB 3x per day and 1g vitamin C 2-3x a day. the ratio isnt the same as the official k3/vit c dose, it’s probably effective anyways when stacked with cypro and aspirin.
the cypro dose is 4mg 3x per day for normal
size woman in the case study where cancer is cured . might want to monitor liver enzymes on this dose or try like 4-6mg total per day. stacking the other stuff makes the doses needed lower for most things.aspirin as needed probably about 1.5g total. georgi has a post with references to the aspirin dose for liver cancer from animal studies.
take a bit of k2 mk4 for the thin blood
would also add thiamine and niacinamide and up to you if you wanna try the biotin, in my experience it can cause somewhat painful acne
and the finally maybe a few drops of 8:1 cortinon+.
that’s a basic metabolic cancer protocol that will support deranged cells to either go back to normal and also autoschizs of the ones that can be killed off.
for diet i would include raw carrot and red cabbage and focus on gelatin to make up even up
to 40-50% of protein intake. and relatively low fat. ive also heard brocolli sprouts are good yet even raw carrot has bioactives that test stronger than that despite people on peaty discussion groups saying cruciferous stuff is not ideal -
@Living_thing it epigenetically changes cancer cells into normal cells. It literally gets rid of tumors.
When I hear "where is the mechanism" I have to sort of chuckle.
There are tons of papers on how THC fights cancer.
Did you know that every nerve cell in the body uses endocannabinoids to signal "stop--stop firing" to the nerve upstream of it that is firing?
And that we are floating on 20L of fluid, known now as a "new organ", the interstitium, fed by our lymphatic system?

Δ9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is the primary cannabinoid of marijuana and has been shown to either potentiate or inhibit tumor growth, depending on the type of cancer and its pathogenesis. Little is known about the activity of cannabinoids like THC on epidermal growth factor receptor-overexpressing lung cancers, which are often highly aggressive and resistant to chemotherapy. In this study, we characterized the effects of THC on the EGF-induced growth and metastasis of human non-small cell lung cancer using the cell lines A549 and SW-1573 as in vitro models. We found that these cells express the cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2, known targets for THC action, and that THC inhibited EGF-induced growth, chemotaxis and chemoinvasion. Moreover, signaling studies indicated that THC may act by inhibiting the EGF-induced phosphorylation of ERK1/2, JNK1/2 and AKT. THC also induced the phosphorylation of focal adhesion kinase at tyrosine 397. Additionally, in in vivo studies in severe combined immunodeficient mice, there was significant inhibition of the subcutaneous tumor growth and lung metastasis of A549 cells in THC-treated animals as compared to vehicle-treated controls. Tumor samples from THC-treated animals revealed antiproliferative and antiangiogenic effects of THC. Our study suggests that cannabinoids like THC should be explored as novel therapeutic molecules in controlling the growth and metastasis of certain lung cancers. -
@Living_thing I I would try to up b1 with (lean) pork (eg, ham) and seafood, b3 with lots of OJ, all b vitamins with brewer s yeast (eg sprinkle on soups popcorn etc) and k from liver or kale. One can always add actual supplements. Ironically it seems Aniprin brand veterinary aspirin is the one of the ones with the least or no additives.
