Of course food processing is suspect, fresh is better, and additives ought to be avoided. But is there any intrinsic reason to avoid powdered cream itself? Or even whole milk, buttermilk, or other fat containing dairy item? (Thought I had read something about the cholesterol component) Ie, is the product itself markedly compromised when it is dried and pulverized, at least by peatarian standards? Thanks for reading/responding.
