Which pill are you referring to?

Contraceptive pill or médicine / supplément impacting the balance between progestérone and estrogens.

              Youtube Video – [30:27..]

For yeast overgrowth the mushrooms and carrot sometimes is enough but flowers of sulfur just a pinch of it will clear up a yeast infection pretty quickly usually. 30:45Is that just once? Just two or three days will usually eliminate a yeast infection

Have you tried the carrot salad?

@sushi_is_cringe the luteal phase in women is when progesterone is highest. progesterone opposes estrogen and prevents ovulation. you could pick a katharina dalton book like Once A Month and it'll all be there. ray was of the opinion women can just take progesterone and remain in the luteal phase indefinitely, until you maybe you wanna conceive and then you'd eat something with vegetable oil (estrogenic) to induce your period

Almost no one in the developed world nowadays is iodine deficient. If anything most people get too much iodine from iodinated salt. Ray spoke about this.

OK, I see: The Messie has spoken. Sleep well on your two ears. I won't loose time to explain why then.
