I'm recently wanting to try more of Haidut's products. I'm thinking of trying Energin, Estroban (topically) and CortiNon. I see you rated Energin quite low, did you not notice much from it?

You rated Lisuride highly, it was the first product I ever bought from IdealLabs but I have never noticed an effect from it. What sort of dose do I need to use to get something out of it?

@Milk-Destroyer i think about 1/4 teaspoon of high quality cistanche powder would be better than pregnenolone/dhea

@Milk-Destroyer I only noticed Lisuridess effects in doses of 800mcg orally. DA agonists don’t really produce the classic stimulant or dopaminergic feeling as they aren’t excitatory and the opposite effect happens; they are calming and can reduce adrenaline.

Yeah I don’t feel anything from B vitamins, energin is quite a standard dose of every one, though, it contains the most potent forms.

I wouldn’t apply any oily products topically, their formulations stand out when taken orally (vitamin E enhances absorption and may bipass liver)

I think putting together tier lists like this is actually pretty useful, even if everyone’s experience is going to be different. I remember trying a bunch of supplements and metabolic stacks a couple years ago, but honestly I spent so much time and money trying to figure out what would work for me. Some of the top picks here, like thyroid and liver, really can make a noticeable difference if you need them, but it’s tough to know what you actually need without proper tracking.

Nowadays, I look for more personalized recommendations instead of guessing or just following forum lists. It helps to find something that takes your own diet and health data into account rather than copy-pasting someone else’s stack. I started exploring that after reading about Menalam, which is geared toward making supplement plans based on your own info instead of general advice.
