affordable good quality OJ in the US?
-
I'm usually drink the Trader Joes OJ either the fresh squeezed when available of pasteurized, I like them both. Something I buy the whole foods pasteurized, non from concentrated.
is there any other "safe" OJ to drink at less cost? is concentrated as good and safe as non concentrated?

@GRay I've heard uncle matt's is good
Costco is good

Most brands are sour. whole foods OJ no plulp with calcium + vitamin D is sweet like 80% of the time but i dont want the added vitamins and still 20% of the time its sour.
And i cant justify expensive juices like uncle matts $7+ when the sweetness is still hit or miss.
So i just buy 3lbs of sweet oranges, costs 5 bucks and yields around 3.5-4ish cups of sweet orange juice, 90%+ of the time.
So just buy a electric juicer (20$ on amazon) and test a bunch of different orange brands and find one that's sweet and juice it yourself. problem solved.
juicing takes like 1 minute and cleanup is 1 minute.

@Pooooop I'll check the OJ at Costco next time, is there a particular brand name?

I don't like any brand in the US. I squeeze my own. I don't think store bought packaged OJ tastes the same as fresh squeezed. It's like its another fruit.
I miss the fresh squeezing machines that are everywhere in grocery stores in Europe. At least in my area there's no such thing.
