Took 6g of copper supplement. Did I fry my brain? Need help

Weird thing to do. You can get copper supplementation via easier routes through jewellery and cookware, and even then it's often not necessary. Ray also never once recommended taking copper, particularly the toxic form in supplements.
Either way, no you're not gonna die. Flowers of sulphur directly depletes copper, but I assume you might not have that at hand. The brain fog will stop

@CO3 Yeah. I get the common saying "don't experiment" on yourself. Like experimenting with magnesium or b1-b3 is not as the same as dumbness I did. I hope it gets better lol.

@TurkishPeater I've seen several people talking about copper supplementation etc, I assume because it's a common low score on bloodwork (which I've never done in 3 + years of this stuff). Again, the question arises whether the nutrient is low because it's not being consumed enough, or if other vitamins (I'm thinking mainly of D) are deficient or not fulfilling their function properly. I actually wore a copper chain for a while and developed a fungus on my finger because mold thrives in a copper-rich environment. And then the supplements are toxic for another reason, I think they're prone to oxidation? Not sure.

@TurkishPeater eat some oysters and some eggs for sulfur. 6g is ultra high dose and might have caused problems with your zinc too.

Ray mentioned "Some chemicals that are very important metabolically can be disruptive when they are taken orally in inappropriate forms or combinations or amounts. For example, free ionic copper taken with food can degrade vitamins and amino acids".
I'm not sure what kind of advice to give other than just get your vitamins in, milk/OJ, eggs and seafood, and go outside

@TurkishPeater I’ve read about using molybdenum, vitamin B3, manganese and zinc to deal with copper excess so maybe some of those things can help. Oh and vitamin C
