@Brandon maybe the first week of using it I felt a little weaker, but after that I’ve been back to my normal strength. Could be a placebo what happened to me on that first week, but I’m not sure.

@Brandon I found progesterone made it harder to tap into the psycho mode at the gym where you break thru the difficulty and you're in the zone past pain just pushing weight.

@parke Is this 2-3 drops daily? Do you take it everyday? I’ve heard men aren’t supposed to take much or take it frequently.

@santiagotrad I take it 1-2 times a week usually, definitely not something I would take daily. If I know I have a pretty stressful day ahead of me I'll take it even if I've already used it a couple of times that week.

@Brandon The way i personally would suggest is wait till you get some kind of issue and try it either topically or orally. I experimented first with wounds, and when i had aches, and it gave me a nice baseline to understand what it does.

@CO3 Worth testing it on scars? That's all I have in the way of wounds currently.

@Brandon Hmm. You can try! A tiny bit of olive oil to dissolve is best. Maybe try slathering a bit on a little zit or something. It's just the way I tried it! If you're gonna try orally I would suggest doing 2 corn kernel sized drops at once, rubbed into the gums. My idea is just that it would have a significant, palpable effect, which can help to make it a valuable tool once you understand it.
