NEED BULKING ADVICE!!!!!

Sup broskis, here's my stats rn, I want to gain weight, currently sitting at 145lbs, 5'11, decent muscle mass, very little bodyfat (around 11%) Natural ectomorph, gaining fat is damn near impossible.
I do not wish to be a twunk anymore, I want to go full bulkmode, I have around 3 years of on and off lifting expierence.
GOALS: Increase height, increase weight, increase strength. IDC if i become less lean, just want to gain.

Try to get 1.5 to 2 g proteins per kg body and split protein meals, no more than 35/40g protein every meal and try to add some glycine and bcaa with each dosage. Taking some cypro low dosage will help reducing stress during your sleep and make the protein synthesis better ! Try to sleep well, no cardio only eccentric exercices and rest a lot between series.

Ramen noodles have like 500 cals per packet and are the best for bulking, twice a day will boost gains a lot especially if you also drink goat milk & eat bananas (for electrolyte balancing purposes).

@13 100g of gruyere cheese and 3 liters of milk are around 2500 caloris. High in calcium, peaty. This plus lunch and dinner will do

Ray Peat once said that he knew men who were underweight who gained weight taking thyroid. Have you considered measuring your pulse and temps to find out if you are hypothyroid?

@13 how many calories a day are you eating? tracking that and being consistent and gradually increasing that, while running a proper program, is usually the move. get like 3000 kcal/day (rice, OJ, milk, and yogurt will be your best friend here) and you'll gain weight fast. and if that doesn't work, increase your calorie count.
