I never got heart/chest pains before i started drinking raw milk, i suggest stop everything and add one by one and anything that contribute to chest pain fully stop it, including suppléments, chest pain is no joke

@gg12 Lay off the fat stuff youve probably overdone the sugar + fat or try supplements that support metabolism
-
@gg12 Get some blood tests. It's worth doing. In the mean time, you could try testing a couple things.
-
Try incorporating non-stressful cardio such as long (1-2 hours) walking. At least 3 times a week. That can help to decrease stress, improve mitochondrial density, improve metabolism.
-
Try switching to a higher carb lower fat diet and supplementing with meldonium. It's one of the best Russian treatments for heart disease.
-
Once you feel you're making progress, try incorporating some higher intensity cardio like sprints, stair running, etc. a few times a week to increase the strength of the heart

Are you taking any supplements? First thing would be to drop those and see if the symptoms go away
-
you probably cut off circulation to your legs and they went numb sitting on the toilet
and you probably had a tight chest or back or some other muscle constricting your chestheh

@gg12 sounds like peripherally neuropathy if it doesn’t go away upon movement. Vitamin d (eg sunshine) would help but you need to determine the cause. It could be from insufficient stomach acid for example. In that case seafood and lean pork might help coz of the taurine and glycine each has.
