Suffering, getting worse

No fruit/veg/grains/fish/eggs/meat?
As long you haven't calmed down the irritation, you can't tolerate it.
If you try one kind and afterwards another one, you are going to lacks nutrients.
You need a plan.
Mixed soup and protein supplement could make part of the solution, but not before you've lowered the inflammation / irritation.
And if you wait too long, the SIBO could become a MICI (immune reaction). -
@LucH How am i supposed to find out whats causing the inflammation?
I can only think of milk since it changes my stool into nuggets.

Not the right question at first place.
=> How am I going to limit the irritation? As long you're irritated, you won't limit the reaction / inflammation.
Need a plan and perhaps a medical practitioner for buying some molecules (if required). -
Yes carrot is going to help to carry away / out endotoxins n the feces. It's a vehicle, especially appropriate with fat.
I won't take coconut oil at the beginning of a detox process since coco is viricide. Only when under control.
MUFA from olive oil / fruit or macadamia or avocado are the best vehicles to carry away LPS endotoxins, since we're going to limit additional PUFA.Thanks for sharing, and agreed, a sat fat or mufa with carrot is ideal for bypassing complete metabolizing of the fat (via carrot transport, hence Ray’s infamous carrot salad)

Reminder that you likely won’t heal any liver problems until you incorporate t3 and prog-dhea.
The inability to digest well basic foods (ergo inflammation), is classic liver problems.

I don't think that's a good idea. Experimenting with antibiotics seems like a reasonable place to start.

@LucH I was in woods earlier and I needed to go.. so i did and i observed that my poop was slightly yellow.. and looked like Type 2... what does the yellow explain?
Do you think coffee could be causing damage to my gut when I have fiber in my intestines?

Coffee in general, no. But well if you lack some nutrients (diuretic and chelation).
For Bile Problems and Yellow Stools
Pale yellow stools associated with digestive problems may indicate poor fat absorption, if the problem has been going on for some time.
Fat Malabsorption
Yellow stools may indicate that the body is not digesting fats properly, often linked to a lack of pancreatic enzymes.Liver, Gallbladder, or Pancreas Problems
Insufficient bile production or obstruction of bile flow following a gallstone (lithiasis), with liver pain, may indicate a transit problem.
If it's temporary, I would take enzymes to ease fat digestion. I'm familiar with Enzymedica Lipogold. Very good.
But it will probably be necessary to assist bile secretion: 1 capsule of Betaine HCl (with gentian and pepsin) (Doctor's Best) at lunch or dinner. Only once a day. I get my order from iHerb.com.If you can't solve the problem rather quickly, consult a therapist.

Taurine is good for bile formation

my scalp gets worse when i eat fiber too

Not free to see without paying a fee.
You can't tolerate fiber because your stomach and intestine walls are inflamed.
There are two main kinds of fibers: soluble and insoluble fibers.
Insoluble fibers are stuff for commensal bacteria, except when you're constipated or when you poop irregularly (less than once a day) 2x optimal to avoid stagnation & Fermentation. -
@LucH And i bet milk is causing my intestine walls to be inflammed what else can it be
So what can i eat?

Not sure. Possible. +/ 50 % people intolerant to gluten are intolerant to milk.
We need a coordinated action (plan).- Calm down irritation.
- avoid sharp fiber. Rather soup. Taken alone.
- Help with a shake to make it easier to avoid denutrition.
NB: When eating a meal, make it simple: 3 ingredients max. - Consolidate leaky gut.
- Help with sophrology and gaba-like substance (peaceful environment).

@LucH people who are intolerent to milk and gluten have digestive physical symptoms like pain, dirreaha gas etc i dont get any of that
