Run up several flights of stairs. Then take the elevator back down. Or the escalator if you’re Trump.

If Dr. Peat wanted to get jacked and shredded, what would he do?

Since Ray was a fan of painting, fruit and CO2, I imagine his workout program would involve carrying a pack full of canvases, brushes, low-PUFA paints, oranges and a juice press up a mountain several times a week.

@Jennifer painting en plein air like the impressionists would suffice.

If only fresh air and brushstrokes were enough for me to get jacked. I’m an artist who paints outdoors and it works for my physique about as well as it did for Daniel-san’s 😂:

@Jennifer I commend anyone who can deal with environmental factors while attempting to paint, no less, sketch.

Get shredded by shredding carrots. That's a brilliant idea. I wonder why no one has marketed it yet.

I let you guys know when my youtube channel is ready.

I've never been a big party attender, but I never went to a party where I didn't probably offend most of the people there by talking about what I was interested in. (Ray Peat)

Great! Can’t wait. I should start one too. You get shredded by shredding carrots and I’ll get juiced by juicing oranges, call the channel Squeeze Me with this as the mascot:

                          😁

I mean, you gotta grate like 50-100 carrots, then you beef up your forearms. Orange juice gives you wrist strength. Then go to a gym or chop wood or do yard work, I guess, lol.

Sounds good, but our exercise routines are severely neglecting legs. We don't want to look like the gym bros who do nothing but biceps curls and bench press.

Going to the grocery store to kick bottles of sunflower oil around would be a start.

@Luke, good point. Kicking bottles of PUFA around is a smart idea. Not much lactic acid produced. If we strap large burlap sacks of (high altitude grown) coffee to our waist and drag them around wherever we go, our legs should be huge in no time, but they’ll be full of lactic acid so soaking in Epsom salt baths and sitting in a bag filled with CO2 up to our neck are essential to recovery.
