@zawisza You also know that Google Play Services is not open source, right?
If you're selling wearables and you need your apps to work under Google Play Store, you know that Android being open source does not give you any leverage, or are you living under a rock?

"open"gapps is just a repack.
Warning. MicroG is a ballache of epic proportions. For this reason I don't bother.

Maybe I'm late to thinking through the implications of AI in the hands of gov't, and this of course depends upon the level of sophistication, but if all you need is a few people to be programming and pulling the strings in an online campaign like this, you virtually eliminate the possibility of whistleblowers or human beings that have ethical concerns and refuse to play along. It makes the deep state even deeper.

What a shitshow humanity
I don't know what to do anymore
What can we do?

What if we can't walk yet. Only run. Not joking

I don't see where Ray Peat gave permission for a non-profit using his name based in Cambridge, UK. Nor did any of the participants/members of the Ray Peat Forum have knowledge or awareness if this is the case, and what was presented as to its origins was likely fraudulent. I also find this location interesting as US gov't actors have been known to 'offshore' activities banned by law or the Constitution of the United States.
Edit: The fact that it was established as a non-profit suggests to me that a grant awards or donations were used to fund it. I can't for the life of me find the page I was looking at yesterday where the Dept of Pharmacology at Cambridge acknowledged the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for prior funding, but I'm sure that is just all just another coincidence....
Then in 2020 Gates established the Gates Council scholarship program at Cambridge with the initial donation of a whopping 210 million.

Weird stuff. Weird world.

The Thor Torrens twitter guy seems all in on the anti-vitamin a. He and Charlie are also all in on Trump again. Quick recap:
Vitamin a is poison.
Bill gates wants to poison people with vitamin a.
Trump is going to save us all, even though he consulted with Bill Gates during covid, went along with lockdowns, and still to this day refuses to state publicly that covid vaccines are deadly.
This isn’t a political post or “orange-man-bad” post either. I supported the TV game show host myself up until this year. I can no longer support anyone who still recommends the mrna vaccine after seeing what it did to people close to me.
So Charlie and Thor think there’s this huge vitamin a conspiracy, but don’t have the critical thinking skills to see that Trump went along with poisoning millions of people and actually still takes credit for it.
After the Cambridge address business I personally believe it’s a conspiracy. RPF was a pretty large congregation of anti-medical establishment individuals. Most were against the covid vax.

Scary times, wondering if we should print out the Ray Peat website and have it on paper. Or even have someone make a book or something...
I was actually going to make a thread on this requesting someone do this. Perhaps also add in some of their own knowledge on Peat himself like his philosophy etc. Probably best someone like Danny Roddy who seems to have been close to Peat and is the truest to his original ideas. Maybe Georgie too.
I'd buy it and read it. Would certainly keep me off my computer -
Funny you would bring that up. Just been thinking of throwing out my computer or something.... What a drain on your life energy... Frying the brain

Book about what? What's the point of it? If you want Peat's articles just download them and print them out. Use POD service like Lulu if you want it nicely printed. If you want Peat's biography read T3's substack.

Peat would recommend some people to read entire biology textbooks and there's plenty literature on "peaty" physiology already available. Peat's philosophy would be to get good and smart by reading actual research/textbooks and trying out things yourself instead of relying 3rd party renditions.

HMofG!! this thread has taken a dark turn. Good detective work everyone. The Cambridge University connection is a bit worrying not least because of the publications coming from the psychology department on health misinformation
https://www.sdmlab.psychol.cam.ac.uk/research/misinformation-publications
Lookie who the Cambridge Department of Psychology 'partners' with. Heads-up US taxpayers.
No surprise there. This is serious.
Also the Wellcome trust is based on Tennis Court Road in Cambridge

Wellcome Trust also uses the exact same postal code given for the RPF 'nonprofit'.

The Wellcome Trust is borne of the pharmaceutical industry, so it is logical that they would be positioned with the Deparment of Pharmacology:
