I don't think it has the momentum to fully obscure Ray, self-implosion is probably more likely.
Now, maybe.
Some months ago I had a chilling and hilarious vision where that crap found its way to the capstone and low Vitamin A GMO slop became a focus of biotech beside the deleterious behavioural trends.
(Not riding your conversation to be rude here Hando or expecting response. You two would have your piece IRL before I said a word and assuming there was any interest in listening to another.)
@Hando-Jin said in New "Mission" of RPF:
Maybe what bothers me the most is that place was always doing damage to Ray's name and his work and we're acting like it's new. It's just more insane and overt now thanks to Chuck's midlife meltdown.
Dialogue beside publication or other dialogue is probably inevitable. Interruption probably the same. And some will always have the wrong of the stick. A daily self inquisition for me, which stick and which end. If I can't figure it out, someone else has or does.

Ah sorry that was probably confusing.
I recalled an Isadora Duncan quote from RPF, my brain had folded in to a meta-meme with the Rolling Stones. From the other side, with memory and (probably) an unhealthy degree of humour.
Ah, okay, my signature on the old forum. I thought maybe you were referring to something I said, but I couldnāt recall saying anything about wild horses so knowing you often quoted song lyrics in the music thread, I figured Iād take a shot with the Rolling Stones. Wild Horses is a great song, just donāt tell Amazoniac I said that or heāll have my hide. lol

@Regina said in New "Mission" of RPF:
@ilovethesea so have the bannings stopped when people try to question the low toxin diet? That would be a hopeful sign that all this shit could die out and we get a forum back. ???
"And get the forum back"
You are a cuckI will never join the forum back again, he disrespected, betrayed raypeat and his ideas
This act of betrayal and disrespecting should not be forgotten

I think that it's wise of you to bring up a defect in attempt to pass off as human.
You're one of the most sensible.. persons that I've met on that forum, reliable enough that I can predict that someone who is on the opposite side that you take is probably wrong. It's great to have you around.
Considering how patient and tolerant you are with us, mortals, I knew that the Garrey Pith Forum screwed up badly when you mentioned your departure to another member, for finding the situation unmanageable.

You rock Mike!!!
So much respect that you did this. Proving Ray Peat lifestyle builds cajones.heehee. I got called an "OG".
Regina, in addition to being an original gangster, it seems that you're hailed in music. The forum state calls for the positioning of members, so props to Mike for dedicating a video to it. It would've been more convenient to stay indifferent and not create indisposition for personal benefit on all ends. It can be argued that he was targeted, but only because he was incisive in the first place.

Haha! ļ»æThank you for that, Gustavo. Iām no pboy, but I try my best.
Life has shown me in the most sobering ways ļ»æhow precious it is and the importance of how we spend our time and what and who we give our energy to. Though, I empathize with those who have endured pain, no matter how much we think our actions are justified, our suffering does not give us a free pass to bully people into perceiving, thinking and acting like us, and my continuing to participate on the old forum would have meant condoning the abuse of power and disrespect toward the man whose name the forum bears and those who give the forum life. As much as admins deserve respect for all they do to keep online communities running smoothly, members deserve just as much for their contributions because without them forums would be nothing. Weāre the content creators, and as far as Iām concerned, we are the Ray Peat Forum.

What up with the vitriol
So embittered
Which is quite unhealthyFfs

Dr. Peat was adjusting his protein requirements for his age ā this amount of protein would not be suitable for a 20 year old or someone healing from injuries. He was limiting his milk intake not giving up completely. They are distorting reality over at RPF. This is what Dr. Peat said about his experimentation with protein restriction in 2022.

@Peatly @Peatful @Jakeandpace
Yes, I went 'to the old RPF' the other day and read this kind of ridiculous slandering and other accusations against Peat and his actions/orientations. He is in his mid 80's and has different requirements now, not the "Peat NOW believes in protein restriction"... . Such drivel. I had some limited hope that the RPF would revive, but.... nothing lasts forever. But at least some of us can "Think, Perceive, Act". Cheers. -
This post caught me by surprise.
Here is the link in the image.

@AkJono Theyāll latch onto anything to try and prove their vitamin A theory is correct - here theyāre rewriting history to say that Ray was āvery sickā and āsufferingā and that he died from too much vitamin A. š¤®

Literally every problem in the world is because of vitamin A toxicity! From flu to rosacea...

In fairness, it's not dramatically different than the previous forum viewpoint that estrogen is a toxin ("carcinogen") and should be eliminated as much as possible. Or likewise cortisol, etc. It's the same general view, but now they're targeting Vitamin A.

In my last conversation with pboy, it seems that he was being targeted by the forum staff (I think that it was tara and the lion at the time) and started to have problems posting. As usual, I don't know case details, but he was peaceful, so it's unlikely that he was frustrated for unfair reasons.
I share your views of collaboration.
What's next? Do you plan to create a new log?
When you have some time, can you make a comprehensive list of the products and companies that you endorse? Food, apparel, gear, furniture, and so on. Those in the US and A will benefit the most from it.

Great video here that breaks down the dumpster fire that is Charlie and the Raypeatforum.
