Want to take Vitamin k2/take the Bulgarian pill but don’t know where to start

I’m a little retarded and can’t really figure out a reasonable protocol for implementing daily k2. How much should I take? How long can/should I take it for? What brands/form are most recommended?
28yrs old, 5’9, around 160/165lbs, my wrists are too thin looking to up the density. Been in the gym regularly for 2 years with modest gains, Mexican peating has life feeling cool but enticed by the Bulgarian path. Any tips much appreciated.

I take one pill of super k by life extension a day with vitamin d and aspirin

Get a 10lb club and you can make your wrists stronger working out with it. Amazon has them for like 20$
