I need recommendation of what I'm lacking on such as supplements/minerals/vitamins i need for my diet since i mostly eat white rice, white sugar and honey on 2 glasses of milk and 1 mug of coffee and mostly chicken, or pork hardly ever beef especially liver and oyster and any fruits available such as oranges, banana, apple/pear/grapes and mixed with some kinds of vegetables that is for sure cooked in seed oils since most of them are street store bought foods. (i rarely get any salt on my diet)

I think the best available and easiest way is to download the cronometer and put what you eat in a day there, it's not 100% but you'll get a good idea of what you need to include/exclude when it comes to nutrients.

you can start taking 10-20g bovine collagen (or gelatin) daily and like 1mg of sublingual b12, can't hurt and most people are deficient

get a blood panel for minerals and vitamin D to find out what other supps you'd need

@grimdarkkk maybe in menopausal women, but I've never seen or heard any hormonal changes from gelatin/collagen in men. theoretically glycine is supposed to increase DHT and like 30% of collagen/gelatin is glycine, afaik
