      It's seems to vary based on how inflamed my gut is. Today probably only lactose free milk, fruit juice, ox tail broth, skyr yoghurt, fish, meat (I think), eggs, honey.

      So I think I'm going to try make custard and jelly with fish gelatin (I don't tolerate beef gelatin) and see if that can get me eating more! Fingers crossed I don't get an endotoxin reaction from fish gelatin.

      Do you think ondansetron would be worth trying? The gut irritation is pretty bad at the moment.

        Have you considered Saccharomyces Boulardii Probiotics?

          @LucyJ, regarding the gut inflammation and ondansetron, did I understand you correctly that you’re currently taking 1 grain of thyroid daily? Do you know what your temp (including extremities—feet, hands, nose and ears) and pulse rate average first thing in the morning, just before eating and 20–30 minutes after eating? There’s no doubt that your limited diet can be contributing to your low appetite but given that, your digestive complaints, unexplained infertility and pots, if you do take thyroid, I’m wondering if you may need to increase your dose?

          Whenever my appetite and digestive strength wane, it’s usually a sign I need to increase my thyroid dose, and it’s been the same for every person I’ve cared for who takes thyroid. Just as an example, I spent most of this past year in the kitchen cooking up a storm for my dad and had him trialing digestive aids because he didn’t have an appetite and complained that food just sat in his stomach. Come to find out, he was only taking half the amount of thyroid I had advised him to take. After doubling his dose, his appetite was back and he was digesting his food well.

            I’d cut the dose of you b vitamin in half and less frequent when you’re struggling. Until you can eat more food. Your taking higher dose thiamine? That’s making your cells use up your glycogen quicker ie you crash sooner.
            Drink a coke when that happens… co2 plus sugar plus caffeine = good times.
            Some Bioenergetic folks recommend smaller doses of b vitamins more frequently like dissolving a pill in water and sipping throughout the day. Georgi talks about high doses but then skipping days. Hitting the system hard but then backing off.
