Peatard meme (sugar, coffee, liver, gelatin ,milk, fruits) diet deteriorated my health until i stopped it and reverted back to diverse whole food diet, on the lowtoxinforum has many victims of the peat meme diet, i am wondering if there are people who regained their health by peating. If you benefited from the diet post in this thread and be specific.
Hi, there is a misunderstanding. There no Peat diet. Only accurate / advisable elements to optimize carburation / expenditure in a functional body.
There is "ray peat diet", there is commun eating tendencies that most people willing to try ideas associated with Raymond peat name will have/eat/do(whever or not these are truly Ray ideas doesnt change their existence)
The claim "there is no ray peat diet" overall, not specifically in your case, is one of the biggest cope. I know Ray was partly based at least, saying eat what make you feel best, and that he never ate kidneys because he never smelled one that he liked, saying"perceive, think, act", yet saying all this doesnt exclude the fact that there will be commun eating tendencies associated with your ideas and name, many many influencers these days say "eat what make you feel best" and i dont hear anyone saying "there is no X diet" beside Ray peat name

The commonality is tripping. On someone elses context. Your ny resolution therein.
